The Other End Bar and Grill

I just wrote a review of what the best of state awards says is the best burger in the state of utah.    Dairy Keen.  

The locals all claim that the best burger in town is the bowling alley.    I tend to a agree that they have a better burger.    It was a local tip when I moved here, and my taste buds said it was so as well.    Bowling alley?   really good burger.

But the people who told me that we're not the kind that would go to a bar.   They just haven't had a burger here I think.

This was the best burger I've Ever had.   And I know how to make a mean burger on my backyard grill.   I got a tip from a guy passing through town, and I went to try one for myself.      Everything is fresh, I got no vibes that a Cisco/walmart patty or food  had been anywhere near the building.   hand cut lettuce, Fresh Garlic that clearly wasn't garlic salt.  good bun, fresh tomatoes, good flavor and when I left I went out the back door looking for a dead cow (there wasn't one, and Heber has a lot of cows), but that patty I'm pretty sure was hand pressed.  

The best burger I've ever had to this point was in Seligman Arizona.     You know those commercials for red Robin where they show a really good burger and its all big and such on the page, showing you it's deliciousness?     yeah, the OE tasted better than those advertisers wished they could convey.  

nah seriously, the OE has it down.   Good burger.   Local bar, with good service.    Living in Heber, I met the manager a couple times there.     She's a conscious, detailed oriented person with a good head on her shoulders.  My limited people skills tells me she's a solid manager who doesn't let things slip.   You can see the kitchen from anyplace at the bar so take a look for yourself.   It's clean, and her people are working hard in a service business.

I don't think they even k now it either.  

Best Burger.   I stand by it.

Yes it is a bar / dive-bar that happens to be a pretty good grill. It is the local hang out spot for the Heber crowd and there is a reason for it. Cheap (but good) beers and food. The options are limited but they have sweet potato french fries that are delicious, non-soggy or greasy onion rings, great burgers, and Mexican fare.

Our dinner and drinks were even better then normal as we watched a set of girls get pulled over on the highway in front of The Other End Bar & Grill. The drive pulls out her purse in front of the highway patrol and there is a liter of liquor in it. Needless to say, since she was underage, she was arrested on the spot. I know it is wrong to laugh at others misfortune but come on how stupid can you be!
