Bob Evans Farms Restaurants

This is my 1st time going to this Bob Evans and my last. The waitress was very ignorant.  For starters I ask her a question regarding the price of the kids drinks. She answered my question but then says " oh but the water that you asked for is free" Uh, duh?  Since when have I ever went to a restaurant where my water wasn't free. Then she brings out all the beverages and  why is my glass the only one that looks like it went through World War III. Not only that but it wasn't even really crowed and it  took almost 2 hours for our food to make it to our table. Last but not least, the waitress bring us our pancakes with no syrup. Like really? It took her over 2 mins to even bring the syrup back to our table. My pancakes were damn near cold by then. & to top it off my husband still gave the lady a decent tip. ( I could have smacked him..lol) We pray for people like her though.I don't know if it was jealousy or just plain Dingy ness but we won't  be eating here again.

Went here for lunch on Mother's day. We had about a 15 min wait. I ordered a cheesy baked potato soup to start, and it came out luke warm. It probably would have tasted better being hot, but whatever. Some of the potato chunks in it were undercooked, and crunchy, and they put too many green onions on top. My main dish was a bacon cheeseburger, priced at 9 dollars. So I was expecting an awesome $9 worthy burger. Nope. It had one piece of bacon on it. One. Really? And the patty was flat, like a fast food beef patty, so it was well done. It also came out luke warm, and the cheese wasn't even beginning to melt on top. My husband got all you can eat pancakes, which was around $8. It came with two eggs, and a couple strips of bacon. But all he got were three pancakes, because we were in a party of six, and the waitress was hurrying us out of there. She never even asked if he wanted more, and she only came to our table twice to refill our drinks, then she was gone again. It was my first time at Bob Evans. And my last. Our bill was $30 for just me and my husband. I could have gone to a better restaurant and gotten better food for way less than that price.
