  We stopped into this great little joint after searching for a place to have a beer or two on the town one night while camping at Glendalough State Park nearby.  There's another place across the street, I believe, but this one seemed to suit our style a bit more than the other.  It was super chill inside, and an old man behind the counter was very friendly.  He seemed somewhat surprised that city folk would want to come up and camp in the woods during the winter (hey, we did have a heated cabin at Glendalough, so it wasn't too hard on us).  He was a pretty funny guy and the staff here was very friendly and cool.
  
  They have a jukebox, which I enjoyed very much while playing some pool and drinking some cheap domestics.  The bar itself is great, a true dive, and it has the feel of a country roadhouse.  There are all kinds of weird nuances to the place, including the ability to see through the floor in at least one spot into the basement, due to a hole (not a safety hazard).  This place just had the wood-creaking, unpretentious and comfortable atmosphere we were looking for and I had a great time and kind of wished we could take a taxi back to the park because I could have gone for hanging out for several hours.  I believe they had a stage too, so they might have bands in here in the the corner for a good ol' time.
