No beer or wine. Menu advertised both but neither are available. Tacos were a dollar on Tuesday. So there's that, I guess.

Same food from Margaritas in Atascadero. I would def recommend them if your looking for a good Mexican food restaurant. I hope they stay in business at this location!

The Borderline Grills food was amazingly good and the service was very friendly and attentive.  We had the big burritos, asada and chile colorado, and they were both very tasty.  I really liked their chips, salsa and guacamole.  If this place takes off (businesses in this building don't usually make it very long) it could possible be one of the best Mexican restaurants in Paso Robles. Also it couldn't hurt for them to invest in an alcohol license but they do serve beer and wine.  This once was a really cool bar, it would be great if it could turn into a really happening bar and grill.  Good luck and we will definitely be back and recommend to our friends and family!!

Just driving by and thought we would try it out on a Sunday nite. Nice, clean and quiet, and waitstaff did a great job, although I did have to ask for a drink menu. Chips and salsa were fresh, and the food came pretty quickly. We had the Grande Steak burrito which was huge and very satisfying. Also had pork tamales and shredded beef tacos which were equally good. Its nice having a mexican restaurant in town that has good food, good service and is not too expensive!

Good food reasonably priced. The coupon is useless unless you spend a minimum of $5.00 on drinks. Just drink water and you save $5.00 right there.

"Border line" is maybe the correct name for this warmed over excuse for a mexican restaurant in a town of good mexican places.  Not sure how "Grill" comes into play since everything I asked about was deep fried including the fish for the tacos.

It took them 40 minutes to produce a platter of boring taquitos and a dry flavorless burger.  I really do not see how the new owner of this place, with its very old school menu and poor service, is going to make it when the last three mexican restaurants in the same building could not.  I give it 6 months at best.  Sorry but we will not be back.
