Really good food! Priced a little high. Service was great. Did not wait long at all for food and our drinks stayed full.

I have eaten here about 5 times and have had the pleasure of having the same great server each visit. I only give 4 stars because I think a few items could have different portion sizes; there isn't much meat on the chopped brisket sandwich, but it also isn't a ridiculously small amount- it tastes great so don't let me deter you from trying it if that's what you like to eat. However, due to this, I was prompted to try the crispy chicken salad- and if I were only reviewing that item, I would give 5 stars. It wasn't iceberg lettuce like I expected, but in fact it was a large bed of dark greens that were fresh and the chicken had a great texture and flavor, very much complimented by the melted cheese and bacon bits that topped the salad. I am already craving another! Love Bosco Joes, welcoming environment and it appears very clean.

Garlic mayo-type sauce is AWESOME. Great on crackers and french fries....and salad and probably even cardboard. The spicy bbq is great. Kansas style ribs were good (not the BEST I've ever had), but the cornbread was dry and lame.

Staff was friendly, but they were pretty slow in serving and taking plates away at the end of the meal.

As I've written in a previous review of a Seminole restaurant located 12 feet from Bosco Joe's, I am from Texas. Luckily, I am not completely and stubbornly sold on Texas BBQ. Yes, I love a good brisket, and I am very picky about what I will call good brisket. But I am not one of those Texans who believes that brisket and Elgin, TX sausage are the end-all, be-all of BBQ. With that said, I would like to give Bosco Joe's a good review. I got the two-meat combo with pulled pork, a hot link, pinto beans and fries. It was all good! Better than I had come to expect in Oklahoma. The pork was well-smoked and had a good, flavorful bark (the exterior of the pork butt that meets the heat and smoke, crusts up and collects all that good flavor), and it was tender, but not mushy. I'm not 85 years old yet and I still like to go through the motions of chewing my food. The hot link was good...I'd be interested to find out who their hot link provider is. They serve it split and grilled so that a lot of that grease drains out. Nothing like ruining a good pearl snap shirt by forking a ready-to-blow, overplump link of sausage! One thing I must warn you about...the "XXX Fire Sauce" BBQ sauce is not fiery. They took the typical Oklahoma and Midwest U.S. route and called an unspicy item "fiery." This is pretty much the only thing that brought this place down to 4 stars for me. The fries are good, standard hand-cut (with the aid of some magical tool, I'm sure). The pinto beans were simple, but well seasoned and salted - not too bland, not too salty. The sweet tea was real sweet tea, and not Lipton suck-my-face-into-oblivion sour powder mix. So if you kinda disappointed yourself by ordering from the menu at Cazadorez last night, head on in to Bosco Joe's. They've got someone who knows how to run a pit full of meat.
Hey, if a tried and true Texan can write an above-average review of an out of state BBQ place, you should not take it for granted. We're often deathly serious about our BBQ!

Very Good Barb-B-Q.  Ribs are smoked and taste like it.  Have also tried the catfish and it was excellent.  They just started serving stakes and I hear they are OK.  Neat atmosphere friendly staff. Thumbs up
