Brewery Creek Brewpub Restaurant

My sister and I had lunch here on 7/10/13.  Outstanding.  She had the caper chicken salad and I had the ginger chicken salad.  The lettuce and tomatoes in the salad were top notch.  The flat bread served with the salads was excellent as well.  Both salad dressing were extremely flavorful.  We kept dipping bits of the flatbread in the caper dressing -- it had garlic, fresh basil, capers and parmesan cheese in it.  We came back later in the afternoon and shared the chocolate cake with mocha cream cheese frosting:  a very moist, flavorful cake.  The pecan pie was also very good.  The choc cake was plated on swirls of chocolate sauce and the pecan pie with a caramel sauce.  Both were topped with home made whipped cream.  Wish we could have licked our plates.   Everything was fresh and very tasty.  Highly recommend.

Just popped in for pie and tea and was impressed.  There was nothing that was not superior.

When in Mineral Point, don't miss this place
Delicious homemade food with fresh ingrediants, presented wonderfully.  Party enjoyed caper chicken salad, portebella mushroom burger, and chicken pesto sandwich.  All delicious.  Jalepeno curds with raspberry sauce and corn souffle side were not to be missed.  Biere de Garde was nice and light for lunch.  Save room for dessert.  Key lime pie and sour cream berry pie were a perfect finish to this delightful meal enjoyed in a warm, authentic and historic setting.  The antique bar is gorgeous too.  I'll be back.
