Brick Oven Pizzaria , Sports Bar

This place is a horrible mistake of a sports bar!  I made the mistake of purchasing a coupon off the internet without checking yelp first.  I will never make that mistake again.  First of all, a pool table and 3 TV's does not make a sports bar.  It was more like a dirty store front, with a few tables for patrons to sit at in between getting up to stand at the door to have a smoke.  We would of spent less on this mediocre food if we would of just paid regular prices from the menu. There were so many restrictions and up charges we were not informed of that we were shocked when the bill came. It was obvious that we had made a big mistake just walking in and ordering, so we paid the bill and walked out vowing to never return!

I've been a longtime customer of this place (from back when it was St. Angelo's). This is my go-to choice for pizza and wings. However, I made the mistake this weekend of ordering their Italian dinners for takeout, and I will never make that mistake again.

When I ordered, I was given a pickup time of 20 minutes. Arriving at that time, I was instantly rung out and told it would be another few minutes. Apparently their definition of "a few" greatly differs from mine (I would think 5-6 minutes at most).

I continued waiting in the completely unheated front area (while outside temperatures hovered in the teens), TWICE having a different employee come out and ask me what I ordered. He even tried to cash me out again! He also read off a totally wrong order the second time.

I finally got my order after waiting in the ridiculously cold front area -hands going NUMB from the lack of heat - TWENTY MINUTES after arriving. Yeah, it took a total of 40 minutes for an order of spaghetti and meatballs and chicken parmesan with two salads.

When I finally got my food and got home - no more than 3 minutes from the restaurant - both the spaghetti and chicken parm were BARELY WARM - which means to me that they were sitting there for at least half the time I was waiting.

If they'd told me ahead of time that it would have been 35-40 minutes in the first place, I would have been a lot less annoyed than waiting in the frigid front room twice as long as they'd told me.

While I love their pizza and wings, I'll definitely think twice about ordering from here again.
