Was tooling around the coast on a nippy winter afternoon. We popped into the Bridge Tender for a pint and a snack. My friend had the chowder- said it was mediocre I had the meatball sub. While it tasted suspiciously like pre-prepared meatballs (maybe sysco or costco) and the hoagie roll was nothing too special, it was well put together, toasted and tasty.
The view from the bar over the river was really nice and the service was friendly.
Based on the prices and the clientele, I would say this is a good place to pop in and get something tasty to sustain yourself with a pint or three, as long as you're not hoping for anything too fancy.
