  Excellent  cheeseburger.  Good meat and hot off the grill. Perfectly cooked. Sides (onion rings and okra were also good). Good service and inexpensive.

  Good lunch special including a salad bar with lots of variety, chopped beefsteak with grilled onions and mashed potatoes and dessert. Great value and good service.

  Simple fried eggs, ham and potatoes.
  
  Good meal and inexpensive.

  Gossiped a little with the locals. My father grew up here in town. Lots of nostalgia as we had visited here forty years ago.
  
  Just passing through on my way home from Huntersville, NC with my new trailer.
  
  Had no time to just look around town. Wondering why my father's family settled here.

  Good food and nice people. My burger was kind of greasy but it was good nonetheless. Fast service, very inexpensive. I did feel as though I was under a microscope as people were pleasantly curious. I smelled like fried food for the rest of the day.
