Brown Bag Gourmet

5/ 10/2013 Specialty burgers and sandwiches they do close early 2 pm. I had the Brown Bag Burger which comes with 1/3lb locally raised Beef grilled and dressed with. Portabella Mushroom,Avocado,Goat Cheese, and a Honey Mustard Spread.
It was overdressed for me. It had way to much avocado, honey mustard and goat cheese. After some doctoring of this sandwich, which made it a lot better. I'd try this place again I just need to ask them to not  over do it on the toppings.

I have been working in Marksville for 3 months and I just found out about this place!
I actually found it here on Yelp one day when I decided I was tired of the string of fast food chains that line Tunica Dr.
The location is a bit out of the way, but the environment was surprisingly cozy and comfortable.
They were pretty busy when I arrived, but they were very fast and I didn't have to wait very long at all.
I ordered the Southwest Chicken salad. It was pretty good. Next time I will order either the blackened chicken salad or the chicken salad sandwich.
This is definitely a place that I will return to and recommend.

Been working in town for 3 months.  Very good place to eat.
