Brown Derby Tavern

We don't drink beer (never really been fond of it) so we stopped in for a drink but ended up staying and drinking beers, playing pool, BS with the customers and the bartender.

If you rate a bar on its vibe then this place is one of the most laid buck but fun places to be in. Everybody is there just to mingle and have a good time - who knows a place like this might make a beer drinker out of me yet.

Great place to have a beer.  They don't serve anything besides beer and wine as they are a tavern, but I like that because it keeps away the heavy drinkers.  All you need is a couple beers and to put on some great tunes on the juke box.  Roger is probably the coolest bar tender ever.  Funny, cool to talk with and knows almost everything.  I can see why this is always at the top of the best local dive bars lists.
