My wife and I stopped here after a hike on Mt. Rainier. Â We were starving, and the sign that advertised elk burgers drew us in. Â The staff was terribly nice, and the food was delicious. Â I've had deer before, but not elk. Â I enjoyed the flavor greatly. Â While we didn't enjoy any of the beers - we were pretty dehydrated - there were a few good beers on tap. Â It was ~ $30.00 for my wife and I. Â My wife, a grumpy diner normally, said she would definitely be back; I agree. Â I am curious about the wild boar burger.
Review Source:We stopped in on our way in from Elbe hills ORV park and were pleasantly surprised by the selection of food and beer here. The ambience was definitely casual as flannel and busy even on a weekday afternoon. We had tall IPAs and burgers and soup. The Soup was an amazing Garlic and vegetable, the burger was cooked perfectly. The proprietor of the establishment was on site and made his way around and asked people how they liked the food. I personally enjoy finding those rare places where the food and hospitality are emphasized. I will make it a point of visiting Bruno's every time I am in the area. Looks like a great place to catch a sports game too.
