Buffalo Wild Wings

Gotten an order to go a few times whole in town. Never had my order been completely ready when I am told it will be, and i generally am at least 5 minutes later than my quoted timeframe. The staff are ride and bothered by having to even greet someone standing at the country. Multiple people have walked behind the counter while I've been standing waiting for someone to help me. The last time I was in to pick up my dinner the female bartender was extremely bothered by my presence. When I asked for a detailed receipt she handed my a crumbled receipt out of the garbage. Just completely rude staff. Do better here Bww.

My company and I drive though here once a month. Twice in a row we have called a take out order in and asked for the order to be ready in 30 minutes. Both times the host/hostess said it was not a problem to have it ready by the time needed and i made very sure that they understood how important it was that it be ready. Our first experience was in September, we showed up on time to pick up our order and the hostess said it was just getting finished up and would be ready in 5 minutes. She didnt even have our drinks ready. 20 minutes later we grabbed our food and drove off on our 150 mile drive. We then noticed our wings were cold, we didnt get any utensils with our order and we were missing a portion to one of the meals. I called and spoke to Tony who was understanding and gave us a credit for our meal. Today (10/10/12) we gave BBW another try- again our order was not ready  at the requested time (at which she said it would be 5min), the hostess waited until we showed up to get our drinks, did not check the diet coke so we had to guess which one it was, the hostess forget our utensils again, and after 18 minutes we got our food and left. Driving down the road we noticed we were missing our requested celery and blue cheese, the boneless wings were barely covered with sauce and were lukewarm. On top of it all after I told the hostess I had a credit, she charged my card anyways. Unfortunately my co workers and I will not be ordering from here again. Our time is too valuable.

We asked how the ribs were - waiter said the last two batches were not good & sent back to supplier. He assured us they had just gotten a new order in & they should be fine. Husband ordered the ribs & I ordered chicken wings.  The ribs tasted terrible, like the meat was spoiled. We told our waiter and he consulted with the manager. He came back & apologized, but took nothing off the bill, which was shocking.

Also, as someone posted, the waiters were more interested in joking with each other & laughing very loudly. It was very disturbing & disrespectful.

We will not be back to the Baxter location.
