Service was very poor today at the bar, I received no napkins and was frequently without a refill. The bathroom was disgusting, no paper towels and urinal overflowing. If you ever notice the front entrance concrete is black from old grease from the floors inside the dining area.

Its really sad, the weekend before I had great service and was given napkins. Service is very hit and miss.

About two months ago we stopped into Buffalo Wild Wings because were in the area. It wasn't terribly crowded, and there were plenty of waitstaff.

My husband ordered regular bone-in wings, I ordered some sort of buffalo chicken wrap, and my child ordered lemon pepper wings. The waiter was friendly, and at first he seemed great. That's where the good service ended. We waited for about 20 minutes for our food, and when it finally came out- it wasn't even correct. The waiter brought my husband boneless wings, and he told him that wasn't what he ordered. The waiter said "oh, I'm sorry...do you want me to change it and get the regular wings?" to which my husband said "Yes, if it's not gonna take too long." He also ordered another beer. So another 10 minutes goes by and the waiter doesn't return. Finally when he comes around again, empty handed, he says "Thanks for being understanding, I'm sorry about the order mix up- it would've been a long time if I had to wait for them to make the bone-in wings." Uh, the whole time my husband was under the impression he was BRINGING him the correct wings. So my husband got irritated and just ate the (now cold) boneless wings. Once the waiter left my husband realized he hadn't brought the beer either. Both me and my daughter couldn't finish our dinners either because we needed a refill- which never came.

So, our entire meal was pretty much ruined, we were left waiting around for the waiter the entire time- and when he finally brought our bill, he didn't take anything off, we were still charged full price for the mix-up and crappy service. We vowed to never go back.

Unfortunately, we ended up having to meet friends there on a Wednesday night recently, and we were LITERALLY the only people in there. Not a good sign. And guess who our waiter was? Yep. Again.

All I can say is as least it makes me appreciate Plucker's more now ;)

For Father's Day, my hubby wanted to try this place out.  We've been to other locations in Austin and in Louisiana.  This place was not good - pretty disappointed.  Service was bad, appetizers were good surprisingly,  but the the wrap I had really sucked (how in the heck are you going to mess up a BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP??)  It had no flavor and really no buffalo sauce.  HUH?  Anyway, hubby loved the beer and all the screens, we just didn't like the bad service and the entrees.

Lots of frequent visitors in the bar area. Bar staff are lovely. Food is what you'd expect. Better than Hooters and open late. There's no more smoking indoors in Cedar Park, so that really nullifies a lot of the old reviews.

Repeat customer. Location is not main steam, standalone behind the movie theater.  Service has improved.  Pricing & food delivery has improved.  BWW lunch special is a good value.  Wings are juicy & great favor.  Sport's bar's atmosphere is a plus for guys lunch retreat.   We'll back.

I wish this place would fix their issues. It always seems to take forever to get the food out. Twice it was over an hour until we got our order, and both times the management made lame excuses. The fact is they have the monopoly on dine in wings in Cedar Park, but they can't seem to get it right and its a less than par restaurant.

The food is always good. The service is always awful. I don't know if they're under-staffed or what, but the service is slow. The drinks are horrible. Bartenders need to be trained. Sad excuse for margaritas.

I'm glad they decided to go smoke-free in June; however, the place still has a lingering smoke odor months later. My review is for the dining room only. There is a separate bar/game/sports viewing room that I didn't enter since it doesn't seem friendly to a female who doesn't like sports.

I like BWW sauces and that this is one of the few places in Cedar Park that is open late. The service here is fine, but the kitchen is inconsistent. I've been a few times and each time, the food was inconsistent and the wait for your wings takes a long time, even though the dining room is empty. Sometimes, the wings are over sauced, sometimes there is barely any sauce on it, sometimes they are cold, sometimes they are under fried or over fried, sometimes they don't have celery. How can they run out of celery at a wing joint?

The wings are on the smaller size compared to Pluckers and the blue cheese dressing is not as thick or pungent as I like.

I love the food. The only reason I go back. Prices are HIGH! And service really sucks. Went in on a Monday night. About 4 other tables had families. Waited 20 minutes to be greeted by the server  he never even came by the 10 times he walked past us to apologize for a wait or to say he would be right with us. It was not busy. Ordered and then waited another 30-40 minutes for our food. Also got the order wrong! Ordered 18 wings and only got 12 but they did correct the chk but how do you mess up on a slow night? This place is so slow. I hate to see it on a busy night. Left a bad tip hopefully it will make them up there service! or find a new job!

I find it really difficult to say something mean. Maybe it's just the kind of person I am. This location definitely deserves the one star review I am giving it though. I took my brother out to this location after a movie next door. The wait was non existent on a Saturday night and now I know why.

The waiting staff is not the problem here. They are super nice and try their best given the conditions.

The atmosphere compared to a Pluckers or even a Chili's is laughable. Yes even a Chili's! It's overly loud for no reason and it looks like they just slapped a bunch of random sports memorabilia on the walls. The place screams nationwide chain and there is no local flavor to it.

The atmosphere is not the true issue though. Dear lord the food. Having never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings, I didn't know what to expect. Their "boneless" wings look like popcorn chicken dumped in some refrigerated sauce. The wings were ice cold when we received them. They probably just threw them together because the wings came out no more than 5 minutes after we ordered them.

I wouldn't have minded a wait for my food if it meant it would be higher quality.

We waited for a server to approach our table to take drink order for 15 minutes but that never happened even though we made eye contact with two of the servers. So we left. We eat out at least 7 times /week and never have walked put before. Absolutely horrible service!

I should have just went to Pluckers. I came here on a UFC fight night and it wasn't even packed. They wanted to charge a 5 dollar cover charge for the fight. I just wanted to eat, so I said "No we weren't here for the fight." We were seated promptly and looked through the menu. 5 minutes passed... Still no one came by to ask us for our drink orders. I looked straight at the front and I saw 3 people just standing here talking. I started to get angry and just flipped through the menu a few more times. 10 minutes passed ... Ok now I'm angry!!! I see staff walking around tending to other people besides us. I ask my niece and nephews if they want to go to Pluckers instead. They said " ok" and we got up and left. I as I walked out I'm sure it was the manager who looked the other way as I stared her down. Never coming back here ever until they do a overhaul on this place. Customer service is number one in my book. This place would rank 1 out of 10. Come here at your own risk people!!! Just a fair warning ..

They have great wings, but service is horrible. We always have to wait 40min-1h to get our simple order for two. Waiters look like they do not care much about customer, spending most time starring at TVs. And last time we were there, there was "new rule". We ordered 24 wings and wanted to split them 3 ways- 12-6-6, but instead after 40 min (as usual)  they brought us 8-8-8, and said they do not split orders less then 8 each.......since when guys????  Overall It's not worth your time and money...not at all!

Went hour and a half before Def Leppard concert to meet friends.  The service was beyond horrific.  Waiter was lost and confused the whole time.  Took over an hour to get our food which was cold and tasteless (some fried gizzard looking thing my friends ordered and a blue cheese burger so bad it makes airplane food look like cuisine).   Everybody around us was complaining.  Food and beers finally arrived after asking for the manager.  Will be nice when there are more options around the Cedar Park Center for casual dining.

Ok, first off: I was just in there yesterday (June 3rd) and their are big signs posted everywhere that it is now a smoke-free establishment.  So for those of you who complained about the smell, I think that issue should resolve itself shortly.  I'm an ex-smoker and am usually pretty sensitive to it, but I didn't notice any hugely obnoxious smells while I was there.

Secondly, let me say: I absolutely love their wings.

You're wondering, then, about the two-star review.  It's because of the management.  I want to be very clear here, my complaint is NOT the servers.  There are times you can blame staff - and times that that is appropriate.  But when I see brand new employees with desperation in their eyes as they look at me and tell me that they don't know how to run the machine because someone left them at the front desk to take walk-up orders and answer the phone?  Unacceptable.  If that employee manages to survive training, he's already lost faith in the company's ability to provide him with a support group, and I can't really blame him for being apathetic or slow.  I also understand why they're understaffed - it is probably difficult to retain employees if you're not providing them with good incentive to work there.

I don't know that anyone is doing anything wrong here; I think they're all just doing a sub-par job.  I would love to see some additional training for the current management, or new management put in that can run a smoother ship.  The food is consistently delicious - they just need better trained staff.

Let me start off by saying that I have very fond memories of B-Dubs.  It was a go-to hang out spot for myself and my friends back in North Carolina.

The food is good depending on what you're looking for.  I come here specifically for boneless wings because sometimes you just don't want to fuss with eating around stuff (extreme piggly days) and their variety of sauces and dry rubs is pretty good.

However, this particular location leaves much to be desired.

Their wait staff, when there is some, is either under-trained or they just don't care.  It is a rare occasion to get your drink within a reasonable amount of time, assuming they even remembered that they seated you and took your drink order (my boyfriend and I have been forgotten more than once here).

Their food is pretty decent though not as spectacular as I remember, which could be attributed to the location.  We usually get the Southwest Bites--I could drink a gallon of their spicy ranch--and boneless wings which are always good. There is a bizarre inconsistency in their french fries that just boggles my mind.  Sometimes they're oh la la good and sometimes they're just downright grody.

Check paying time is always a struggle.  We finish our food and then spend a good amount of time seeing if we can mimic The Exorcist trying to find our waiter to get the check.  If you're in a rush, I suggest asking ahead of time because the amount of time you'll spend trying to find them is about the same amount of time it'll take them to run your card and give it back.  I do not EVER come here when I'm in a rush.  It's asking for failure.

We'll probably continue to come to this location because it's the closest place we can think of with these kinds of boneless wings.  We just don't bring any expectations with us and neither should you.

I go here a lot for pickup and carry out on my way home from work.  I like the Spicy Garlic wings a ton, and there is nothing similar at Pluckers.  However, I would not dine in here because the front area has a strange smell, and the bar area is smoking which wouldn't be a big deal except that the ventilation in that area seems pretty bad, so the smoke really sticks.

If you are carrying out, I would recommend, but not a good place for actually eating there.

I won't write a novel here, but the place has a bad odor problem.  It's sorta like a mixture of stale cigarette smoke and booze that hits you when you first walk in.

Considering the review starts off like that do I really need to go any further?

This place is ok. I have yet been to one that the food made me jump off my seat. Pluckers in Austin Texas area puts this place to shame. I had a salad one time, and their blue cheese dressing was liquid. Tasted not so good and came out of a jar with a pump the manager told me. I was like WTF? That is not blue cheese.

A $5 cover to eat medioce wings?  Really!?  We walked over after a movie tonight, and were told that it would be $25 for us to sit down.  HAHA! No shit?  It was empty in there.  I can not possibly figure out what they are thinking.  It's not like they had the UT game on or something pay-per-view, they just wanted $5 to sit down.

The place is freezing, the food is 'meh', and the prices are astronomical.

Can get a big package of HEB precooked wings, not freeze to death and still have money left over to buy an antidote.

I LOVE BWW.  I was soooo happy when this place opened up in Cedar Park, so close to home!  I have only been here a handful of times because I don't like this particular BWW.  The BWW's I have been to are one large room.  This one has a room for the restaurant part (very crowded-feeling & dark, almost a dingy feel), and a separate bar area (I guess for smoking?).  While the bar area is much brighter than the restaurant part, it is always FREEZING cold in here.  After all the time they have been open, they still can't get the temp correct.  So I have to bring in a jacket because I refuse to sit in the other part.  Disappointing.  Next time I have a wing craving I will try another location.  Lucky for me, because they are popping up all over!

The service here is horrible.  You wait a long time for everything and the waiters and staff don't care.  It's just a job to them and not a good one apparently.  The thing that really gets me is this mysterious fee that they tag on and even say so at the bottom of the receipt: "The State Comptroller charges a fee for alcohol for all restaurants that server liquor, beer.  The fee is 14% of your total alcohol purchase.  This fee goes directly to the State."  I've never heard of this mysterious 14% tax on top of your alcohol purchase and I go out to restaurants a lot.  Ridiculous practices!!!

There is a much better place not to far down the road at the Lakeline Mall (you know the place that will "give you the bird if you have a complaint") .  It's a nickel and dime you to death (celery, blue cheese, etc.) with mediocre food. However, I happen to be very close to someone who lives for this place and the Caribbean Jerk sauce that we cannot get at the other place. I would have to agree that this sauce is the only saving grace that allowed me to give it two stars.

The burger wasn't good. The chicken tenders are cheaper at Whataburger and taste the same. The buffalo wings just don't have that *pop* appeal in my mouth and I think I am just spoiled by the way Plucker's prices their wings compared to this place and it includes the celery and blue cheese.

Last but not least, service is as average as the food. Just a meh place in Cedar Park.

I do prefer this location while on our way to a Stars game, but it's pretty much the same as every other one out there.  We recently had to flag down a waiter in the bar area because apparently with the empty tables all around, seeing us over chairs wasn't as easy as we had thought.

Wings and Guinness were tasty, though, as always.

I've now been to BWW twice, which was really one time too many.  The service was somewhat slow both times.  The first was understandable, as the place was fairly busy during the game.  However, it was really no faster the second time when the place was relatively empty.

Both times I had wings.  Both times they were cold and consisted almost entirely of tough breading.  I'm not sure there was actually any chicken in them.  I had hoped the first time was a fluke, but apparently not.  Cold, tough, horrible consistency, and soaked in a rather horrible tasting sauce.  I felt ill after leaving the second time.

    No more.

Sports bar!  Wings!  Michael Buble on the radio!  Uh, what!?!?!

After joining a friend for a manly morning of shooting guns at the range we were ready for more manly behavior so we went for some grub at the new Buffalo Wild Wings in Cedar Park.  Hidden behind the movie theater the place was virtually deserted at noon on a Monday.  Bad for them, but great for us, we had our choice of (almost) any table in the place.  We strategically situated ourselves so that we could see as many TVs at once, and we dove into the menus.  it was about this time I realized the music didn't match the place's theme.  I squashed down the audio and focused on the menu.  Wings sound great, but I don't think my ass could handle the calories right now, so I went for a grilled chicken sandwich.  My buddy got a salad.  (here ends the manly pursuits I see....)  As we were waiting we started talking about how it would be nice if we could hear what they were saying on any of the TVs.  That's when the creep of the music came back.  Saying "WTF" would not be inappropriate, and I seem to recall saying it.  Someone hijacked the easy listening / adult contemporary station and piped it into the sports bar.  I can only guess that this was done to limit the amount of time spent loitering, drinking beer, and eating wings.  Wouldn't want to have any of that, you know.  I gobbled down my acceptable chicken sandwich and nice crispy fries.  The entire experience was A-Okay, but based upon what I found to be a highly distracting soundtrack to my lunch I'm taking off a star.

This place was terrible...food is way overpriced for what you get.  I would suggest going to Pluckers if you want wings.

I ordered 12 boneless wings as the waitress said the are not very big...come to find out, I did not get any sides with these either and even worse it cost me $9.49 for basically bite sized over-cooked, more breading than chicken, chicken nuggets.

My first thought the morning after eating here was, "I can't eat like a teenager anymore."

However, this statement is only partially true.  I cannot gorge myself on junk like a pimply-faced 14-year old, but I can still enjoy modest amounts of crap on occasion.  There have been plenty of times recently that I have enjoyed lowbrow delicacies such as pizza, hot dogs, wings, and/or various fried and spicy nibbles without groaning the rest of the night and waking up the next day feeling like said food ninja kicked me in the stomach.

I believe the culprit is not my aging gastrointestinal tract, but those 6 little wings at BWW.  They didn't look particularly appetizing, but they did look fairly harmless, listlessly lying in a pool of congealing wing sauce.  I was fooled by their size, but those 3 little drummers and 3 little flappers aren't anything I want to tangle with again. The waiter wasn't terrible, he just had an understated attitude of exasperated apathy.

First of all, Yelp, there really needs to be a negative or no star option.  So again, like for Casa Ole in Georgetown, this is the Death Star.  Or, it could be the vomit star, because that's what by husband did all night after eating here.   Annnywaaaay......

We have been to a few different BWW in a couple of different states and this one is by far the worst. Really, none of them are fabulous, but when you want to play NTN, you want to play NTN.

The service was nonexistent, the food was sickening and the drinks were overpriced and watered down.

Top all that off with a brutal case of food poisoning later in the evening and you will find yourself playing Jeopardy on your sons PS2 the next time you need a trivia fix.

Stay far away from this BWW, something is very wrong there.

Not impressed at all.  The only thing I can say positive is that the beer was cold.  The boneless wings & fries were gross & barely warm.  Your food is served to you in paper boats (like a concession stand).  For $10 you think they could serve your meal on a real plate.

Another typical example of the horrible service I have had from 90% of the restaurants in the Austin area. I do not know if this is in part because of the entire "Keep Austin Weird" theme of the city or whatever, but I have to tell you, based on the service I have had at most restaurants here in the Austin Area I am doing my part to keep the Austin area waiters and waitresses poor.

    Bad Service = NO TIP.

BWW on the other hand is completely horrible. To explain how horrible the location here is, I had a gift card somebody gave me. After going into this location one time and being treated horribly, I decided to get out of there and sent the remaining balance on my card to a friend in Minnesota who would enjoy eating out at a real BWW.

no good.  I used to frequent of of the BW3s in Houston and really enjoyed them, but this one is sub par.  ordered some boneless wings and they came out lukewarm.  fries were awful, I threw most of them away.  their sauces don't even taste very good to me anymore.  the bartender was nice which is the only reason I even give this place 2 stars.  I won't be back.  If you want the best wings in town go to Casino El Camino on 6th street.  I've been spoiled by that place, nothing else even compares.

How is this place still in business?

Three of us went after Saturday's Stars game. It was pouring rain, late and we were hungry. Against my better judgement we went. (I had gone shortly after grand opening and it was bad then too)

1st member of my party ordered 5 wings and a salad. Wings were stone cold and the salad came out with the meal instead of before.

2nd and I split the cheeseburger slammers and the queso fries. Everything was cold  - gag.

The restaurant was nearly empty and it took forever for every interaction w/the server.

The only positive out of the whole experience was half of the players from the Stars showed up! That was kinda cool.

Wow!  A lot of hate for this place.  Interesting.

As for me, I recently discovered that we even had a Buffalo Wild Wings in the Austin area (I'm really not a fan of Pluckers) although I guess this one has been open since at least last November.  I've been to the ones in downtown Houston and in Lewisville often enough that I really enjoy eating there.  So when I found out that we had one right in our own backyard, sign me up, I was there!!

I did not have any issue with the service or the food or anything really.  I was disappointed to find out that the bar area is a smoking area.  When I asked the host about the smoking at the front he said, "Sir, this is Williamson County" to which I answered under my breath, "Backwards county is more like it."  I usually like eating at the bar, but since this is pretty much a sports place with plenty of TVs wherever you sit I went with the normal seating area where they sat me right in front of the largest TV they have.

My waitress was fantastic, too fantastic in fact.  I was in for the long haul (three hour game between the Patriots and Bills), but she had my food out so fast, I could have left before the 1st quarter ended.  She was also very quick to refill my glass of soda even without asking.  I did end up staying through three quarters (as soon as I realized that Tom Brady had just lost me my fantasy football game of the week; what did I expect, really?), and I tipped my waitress 25%.

As for the food, I ordered the chili cheese fries to start which was HUGE!  I don't remember it being that big in Lewisville and Houston.  Then I went with the boneless wings and ribs combo with potato wedges with cheese.  Everything was great, just as I remembered it from the other locations.

Now all we need to do is convince BWW to build more of these places in the Austin area.  That would be awesome!!!

In any case, I've found my newest Monday Night Football hangout!

worst BW3 ever.   Waited for more than an hour for a table and then was informed that my table was a 4 person table so I would have to share because the game was on.    We refused to share the table and were told we had no other choice - share or give up the table, even though people were saving seats all over the place and the sharing of tables was not being imposed on any other table.  We asked why not and were told they had just decided to do it and it would not effect anyone else who had already been seated.   (even though the game had been on for nearly half an hour when we sat down).

We left and will never return to this BW3.

    Jim, how's working at BW3s?

This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.  I went to watch the national championship game last night (go Gators!) and just had a miserable experience.

When we first arrived at the bar it was packed.  There were no tables open, but we found some stools (not a problem).  After standing at the bar for 10 minutes waiting for a beer because they only had one bartender, we finally were served.  About 20 minutes later, when we got up to get our second beer they were out of glasses and we were served in a plastic cup.  Really?  Are we at a fraternity party?  All the while were in the smoking barroom area there are a bunch of little kids running around the place like it's a track.  Why do people insist on bringing your kids to a bar?  It's not a child safe/friendly environment.

Around halftime the place clears up - a bunch of tables cleared up.  We sat down right as halftime began at a dirty table.  Waited about 10-15 minutes for someone to remove the 3 ashtrays, dirty dishes, napkins, etc, but NO one came around.  My buddy actually got up and bussed the table himself (remember, the place has cleared out by now).

Here's where the adventure really picked up.  We took a peek at the menu and decided to get some dinner.  Then, we literally waited for over 45 minutes before a server actually came over to our table.  They were walking all around our table, but literally ignoring us.  I even tried to wave them down on multiple occasions, but they would turn a blind eye.  By the time we got our food we had about 10 minutes in the 4th quarter left.  The "ultimate" nachos were not very good.

Only positive note (although, it doesn't matter for me), is that they have .50 cent wings on Thursdays.

Never going back to this place!!!!
