Buffalo Wild Wings

I will never understand the draw here; unless you're into wings. Which I am not so I guess this explains my dislike of the joint. Well, that and the fact that our waitress forgot my potato wedges with them never appearing until we were completely finished with dinner. Or the fact that she had to be told to refill my drink. Or that she never once checked on us after our food was delivered. The pathetic potato wedges were tossed once I got home because there was slightly more than half a teaspoon of cheese on them and it was all on the bottom! Pic to come.

Wings.  Been here a few times now.  Wings.  Sporadic service.  Wings.  Sports, beer and wings.  Why else come here?  

Safe enough place for the family with decent food all around, but service routinely takes a little longer than expected.  Also, a little skimpy on the carrots and celery to go with the wings.  We ordered 50 wings tonight (cheapskates, right?) and had to ask for the celery and carrots, at which point we received a few of each.  We've been a few BWW's that don't skimp on these condiments as they really give a little variety and palate-cleansing when downing wing upon wing.

We have given this place several tries because my family, not me, LOVES chicken wings.  We went there when they first opened and they were packed.  Food was good and service was attentive.  Went back a few months later and things started to go down hill.  Took longer to get food and it was substandard.  
We thought maybe they were just having an off day...so went back again and it was terrible.  The waiter took forever to get our drinks and the food was not only cold, but my burger, which I ordered well done, was totally pink in the middle.  I called the manager over and explained what has happened.  He immediately apolojized and made me a new burger that was out of this world and he brought out new chicken wings for the family.  He also took money off our check.  
We didn't go back for months, then my daughter and I had a mommy/daughter day out and she wanted to go here.  We arrived, the place was pretty empty and we got seated immediately.  We started off with the chili fries, my daughter never had them before and wanted to try them...and they weren't very good.  Her chicken wings were good and my mushroom angus burger was cooked properly and was okay.  The only draw back is that for as empty as this place was, the food didn't come out as quickly or as hot as I think it should have been.
I have given it 3 stars because of the manager.  He addresses issues right away and when the food is done properly, it is good.
