Stopped by again for beer and wings. Â The wings are always good but service is ok. Â I had to wait for at least 5 minutes to check out at the front counter after leaving the bar area -- since the bartender seemed to think I was going to stay there all night - lol. Â While I was standing there, I could hear a bunch of yelling in the kitchen -- didn't sound good. Â I am probably going to give up on this particular location as there is very little evidence of competent management. Â Good luck!
Review Source:Eh. This location, and frankly any location in my opinion, is just so-so. The restaurant is dated and is in definite need of a renovation. While they are at it maybe they could provide some new uniforms to replace the ragged jerseys these poor kids sport. Ambiance, atmosphere, the joint...whatever you want to call it...needs to be redone.
Food is standard BW3 food. Wings are consistent. The dessert nachos are insanely delicious. Next time I will most certainly just order those. Why waste calories on stuff that is simply ok? Their menu is pretty diverse so just about anyone will be able to find something that they like.
We had issues with service there. Service was slow, the order was wrong and the waiter was apathetic with a dash of attitude. The situation was rectified though and the manager was pretty empathetic.
Will we be back? Maybe. Maybe not. We just came home from getting wings at CBCB and I actually think they are better. BW3 dessert nachos can't be beat though...
This B-Dubs breaks my heart a lot.  The wings are sometimes okay, and sometimes terrible.  Each time I order, I'm scared my wings will be old, cold, or not have enough sauce on them.  The boneless wings tend to be more dependable and generally good.  Despite my disappointments, I come here often.  Thank you for the military  discount on Mondays.
Review Source:Normally, I am a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings- the wings are decent and you can expect them to be the same quality at each store. Except this one- the wings were kind of terrible when I went. The Wild wings were considerable more vinegar-y than the ones I got at the Huber Heights store. What gives? And my wings weren't coated very well- some of them were barely sauced, which left them dry and bland. No bueno.
And then there was the service. Â Apparently my table got unlucky and got the notoriously bad waiter. Â He barely ever visited my table, took his sweet time in bringing us things like extra ranch (not like you have to cook the ranch or anything...), and completely deserted my table after bringing us our checks. Â I ended up having to flag down around waiter to take our money- when he found out who our waiter was, he made a remark about how typical this was for him. Lucky us.
All in all, as much as I enjoy some BWW every now and then, I don't think I will be returning to this location. Much rather drive the extra miles to the Huber Heights one.
Went to Buffalo Wild Wings on a cold Ohio night. The place is also known as BW3 for people who do not know the acronym. The restaurant is more of a sports bar instead of sit down type restaurant in my opinion. You have games going on all the screens / tv's they have displayed. Â Like all sports bar they have beer and finger foods. They don't have a huge beer selection though which I didn't like. But they did have my favorite beer on tap (Stella).
The service was outstanding because they were quite attentive to our needs. They made sure our drinks were never empty and always asked if we would like another. The chicken wings were delicious and cooked to perfection. But I didn't know if it was cause I was hungry or I haven't had chicken wings in a while. Like all the places I have traveled to for work they were able to split our checks so we didn't have to figure out how much each person owed.
I would definitely visit a establishment like this if I am ever in the area again.
Just like any other BW3 (or bdubs as I like to call it). Good atmosphere, especially when a sports game is on. The service can be slow at times, I have found this to be true every time I go. But the food is decent and the wings are good. I usually just go on wing nights, always a good deal.
Review Source:BWs is one of those places that while it is a chain still has pretty decent and reliable food. If we want to save a few bucks and get some good wings, etc. we'll stop here without much hesitation, so it's pretty much always on our standby list. Our server was super friendly, really made an extra effort to make sure we were taken care of, we very much notice and appreciate that! She informed us that the kitchen had read our order wrong and made my wife a different item, she brought it out for us to sample until her real order was ready, much better than just delaying us with nothing to munch on, this was very nice! A great example of taking a bad event and turning it around, kudos for that! Aside from the superior service, the food and beer was as good as we expected from BWs, no complaints!
