Stopped by here on the way back from camping all weekend and needed something to eat. It was first thing on Sunday morning, so there was no wait, and we assumed it'd be a pretty quick and easy lunch.
After four of us ordered, it took about 20-30 minutes to get our food, and one of the sets of wings that should have been dry, weren't. So had to wait another 15 minutes for 6 wings to be recooked.
The manager did come by, was very polite and apologized and comped those 6 wings, but for being one of, maybe, 3 groups of people in the restaurant, the food was way too slow and service was pretty slow as well, considering all they were doing was standing next to the entrance, she should have been a lot more attentive.
If I actually lived in the area, I'd go back and try it again, but only because it appears that the manager actually cared, at least a little bit, about customer service.
BWW isn't at the top of there game, but they do good enough we find ourselves there frequently. Â I've gone in with my family, friends, and ordered food for meetings at work.
The orders have been a little off a couple of times and the service is always friendly but not always the fastest. Â The food is consistently good and the management is very friendly.
They are split into a restaurant and bar half, but there's no divider so if you want a non-smoking only restaurant this would not be the spot. Â I find it's a great place to grab a bite or a drink and they are cigar-friendly which is a plus for me.
Don't go expecting the world, but you'll get good food and decent service at a good price.
