I made the mistake of going here on a Wednesday and all I can say is "no." Â They actually encourage people to bring their children by offering half off for the annoying little things. Â So on top of attracting the type of people who would take their children to a bar, they also attract children. Â Why don't they have a half off young male booze hound night? Â I'd definitely go for that. Â As long as they maintain the awful offspring policy, I won't be back.
Review Source:First-This review is based solely on beer selection, service and atmosphere. I did not have the opportunity to try anything from the food menu.
BWW has a great selection of beers, particularly drafts. They have a number of local, Michigan brews, as well as my football-watching favorite, Blue Moon Belgian Wheat. If beer isn't your thing, they have a huge list of specialty drinks as well. The service is quick and friendly, and the servers seem to really enjoy themselves.
If you are a sports fan, you'll enjoy the number of large screen televisions, both in the bar area and the restaurant section. I had the opportunity to watch the Saints/Falcons Monday Night Football game (Go Saints!!!) and the Red Wings game at the same time. Loved it!
