Snappers on the Water

Wow.    9 pm and you cannot have a bar stool...   Apparently they take the bar stools away from the bar because they don't want guests throwing them when a fight breaks out.  I wouldn't suggest coming here After 9 pm for a beer unless you want to stand!

This is a restaurant with an identity crisis.  It's back to being Snappers after a brief stint on Tumbleweed.  I've only ever been in here on Sunday afternoons.  The food I've had has been decent, and the beer specials are good.  The bartenders have been upbeat.  I've never seen more than 7 other people in the place.

I'll post a tip once I stop by on a weekend night.

This review is for Tumbleweed Cantina.  After having some tasty toronados at taste in Fenton, we wanted to try this place out.  Sitting outside, drinking a local Michigan beer? Success.  The food? FAIL.  Service?  While our waitress was top notch- we waited forever for apps and dinner to arrive.  Only to be completely let down.  Food was tasteless.  I had the fish tacos.   Wife has the tamales.  Kids had the combo tacos.  $70 for the four of us to eat bland food.  Sorry.  We won't be back. And there are better places to go for a drink.
