Last night my boyfriend, mother and I went to your location on The Black Horse Pike in Mays Landing, NJ. We asked to be seated in the dining room, we were taken to the bar area and given seats that were too high for my mother to sit. We were then seated at a table, still in the bar area. For over 15 minutes we sat and NOBODY came to our table. Generally when you sit down someone comes and offers you water and takes a drink order. We had neither. When we FINALLY saw a waitress we asked for help and she said she was going to get someone. She nor anyone else came to our table. We sat another 5 minutes and ended up walking out. I would also like to add the restaurant was not busy. It was late on a Saturday night. The service is terrible and you lost three customers. Maybe some training is needed in that location.

I'm a BW3 fan so I'd like to qualify this review. Typically I'm a boneless wings fan but this time I decided to try something new. I asked our server his opinion on the jerk chicken sandwich and he stated that while he'd never tried it, he'd heard it was pretty good.

Despite my reservations, I decided to give it a shot. Sadly, I was left wishing that I'd followed my first mind. The sandwich was hot and fresh but there wasn't anything jerk about it. They just dumped a mound of pepper on it and attempted to pass it off as "jerk." Just awful... I tried to eat it but could only stomach half of it. Each time I took it a bite it was like swallowing a teaspoon of pepper.

I let my server know how it tasted because he'd mentioned that he was planning to try it for lunch. He then told his manager who came over to the table but it wasn't removed from the bill.

Long story short, skip the jerk chicken sandwich and stick to the wings.

I just recommend you that you should not over order as my group did and unable to finish it because of how spicy it is. Overall. I absolutely LOVED BWW. hmmm DELISH! :]

My first time here and I was impressed with the ambience and all the TV's. Even though it was a Tuesday with their 60 cents wing special the place was not over crowded. I was seated in the dining area and our server was friendly and overall no problems with the service. My friend and I ordered 30 wings DRY. This made eating the wings less messy and we get to try the different sauces they had to offer.

The quality of the wings could definitely be better. They were too crunchy and the wings lack meat compared to the wings at another local sports bar that I frequent. The only reason I came here was because that local sports bar doesn't serve people under 21 past 10 PM thus I settled for Buffalo Wild Wings. That same local sports bar also has a wing special priced at 35 cents per wing which is about 40 percent off each wing at Buffalo Wild Wings. Coming to Buffalo Wild Wings is similar to paying more for less in terms of wings.

If you're looking for wings on a Tuesday I suggest you skip this place unless you want to watch a game on a really big TV. The wings are priced too high and also lack quality. The only positives about this place is the service and the ambience.

The food at this BWW is a 5 star- what made me bring it down to 2 stars was the service and the costs of certain items. First there was confusion about serving zones and two waitresses came at the same time to our table. They then in front of us started to argue and then BOTH walked away. So we started with 2 waitresses and then magically had no one to take our order... About ten minutes later our waitress came and took our order. Our wings came out WAY before our fried pickles- which apparently had been given to a different table (AKA they were never put in). To add insult to injury we were charged for our blue cheese.... WHO CAN EAT WINGS WITHOUT DIPPING SAUCE?! I would NEVER go back to this location and its unfortunate because I love BWW.

Priced way too high for the quantity & quality of the food they serve. While the sauces are good, the wings were average size & at a steeping charge of  $1.00 a piece! Thats right,6 regular wings(not the whole wings), in a small cardboard french fry boat for $5.99,when elsewhere you can get a dozen for $7.99.They were not breaded, just flashfried & tossed in the sauce.Fried mushrooms were extremely small & again served in a small paper boat for $6.00.The burger was obviously frozen,it was 1/4" thick and we asked for pickles & mayo on it,but the pickle was served on the side &  mayo packets were thrown on our table.I guess it was too much work to make it the way we ordered it, even though the menu says "build your own."We asked for the "vinegar/salt"seasoning on the fries that came with the burger, but they forgot & the fries were tasteless, the cost...$10.00. We were served 3 pcs of celery & 3 pcs of carrots w/ a small bleau cheese each, assuming it came with each wing order, nope we were charged $1.20 for those even though we never ordered them. Also were charged .60 for the seasoning on the fries that we never recieved. Servers scream out"Game on !" everytime an order comes out of the kitchen which really became annoying after a while,so dont sit next to the kitchen. 2 Coronas were $9.50 & 2 pints of Coors light $7.00. Extremely loud & crowded, like an adult Chuckie Cheese. Although the celery/carrots & seasoning were removed from our bill.......  12 wings, micro mushrooms a frozen burger with tasteless fries, plus 4 beers cost us $48.00. The only thing I would return for would be a beer, maybe,if I was in the neighborhood & to watch a game.Eat before you go!
