  First, I don't like BWW very much at all.  The food is just sorta "blah" for me.  Especially because I don't eat wings.    But a friend of mine meet up here every time i'm back in town and i'm fine with it.  I just had to write a review because of the people talking bad about the service.  I was here New Years Eve day, so 3 days ago, and I was very happy with my service.  I believe our servers name was Ashley, very friendly and had a smile on her face whenever she came by the table.  What more can you seriously ask for?  And it's been like that every time i've been here.    And most people like the food here, so I would recommend it to anybody.

  Personally, I don't like this place at all. It's very loud not good for a family outting. They have those game stations at the table, which is fine but not when I want to talk to my family. Booths are on the smaller side also. Customer service was okay.

  9/10/2011:  1-Star Review.  Service that this location is terribly slow. The food is overpriced does not taste all that good either.  If you want decent wings, try Turtle Tap or Rock in Beloit.

  After about 2 years later, I feel I need to update my review, as my 1-star review is no longer warranted.  I'm going to upgrade to a 3-star review.  The speed of service has greatly improved and it's no longer an issue.  The food is tasty, but the menu variety is somewhat lacking.  Your choices are mostly limited to wings, salads, wraps, or burgers.  The new Italian burger is exceptional.  They do offer trivia while you wait, although the TV screens are nearly impossible to read and the trivia is focused more on sports than anything.
  
  The bathrooms should be kept cleaner than they are.

  Terrible service, portions smaller from Rockford location. The food was the usual BWW. They were vacuuming as we were eating and it was 8:30pm.

  I love the food at bww but the Janesville restaurant has horrible service! I go there often and request a server, Delilah, who I've had a few times otherwise we sit at the bar in an attempt to get quicker service. I normally don't request servers when eating out but I got real sick of the crappy service here! I've had girls forget my ranch (for wings come on!) or not bring drink refills for ages and they never asked how our food was or if everything was okay.

  Was really excited to try this place. On a road trip, decided to check it out.
  
  Seated by hostess. Waited over ten minutes for someone to come by and take our order - no one ever came by. Went elsewhere for dinner. Kind of a bummer.
