Very disappointed. I have been to many BWWs in many states. But I can honestly say the quality of food here is/was poor. The hostess was very kind but that doesn't make up for the quality of work in the kitchen. This is a place I mark off my list from now on. Save your money and your time.
Review Source:I don't understand what the hype is with this place.
My Jack and coke was more coke then jack.
my dressing wasn't given to me for my salad
I ordered honey BBQ but got Spicy BBQ
only good thing was when I told them there was in issue it was corrected fast.
But not really feeling this place as an awesome wing place to eat.
Pretty much what you would expect from a major chain restaurant in a military town. The exact same stuff you would get anywhere else, but make the food really bad and throw in a server that's a total turd but still expects a tip somehow. People eat here all the time though. Mostly because they have booze, sports and most soldiers are dumb. They will continue to jam dried up nasty food down their throats until their tanker boots can't even fit over their cankles. All whilst drinking copious amounts of overpriced alcohol and watching the game.
Review Source:Head somewhere else.
Had a $60 order, in which I ordered the spinach-artichoke dip appetizer. The order came with a remarkably few amount of chips (literally a tiny handful). I requested more and was told "no."
I would head across the street to Pluckers. They are a little more "customer service" minded.  I understand efficiency but shorting a customer over 60 cents worth of chips is a little heavy on the cheap side.
Not the best not the worst as far as wings go. Not the best place to go watch a sporting event either, since the only large screen is above the bar. All the other screens are pretty small. Ordered the boneless wings, they were pretty good size although a little on the dry side. Should we go there again, I will make sure to ask for extra sauce, since all of our orders were barely coated. I do like that they have a wide range of sauces, not just the standard buffalo.
Review Source:Good place to watch a UFC fight or game. Lots and lots of TVs; although most are smaller than I would have liked.
Service was fast and friendly. There are many appetizers, sandwiches, and salads to chose from on the menu, although you WILL NOT find health food here (not that you'd want to).
Pretty varied drink menu and beers on tap.
While this is a smaller BWW than some of the other locations, it's friendly, clean, and comfortable.
I was extremely disappointed with this one. Â A few years ago, I missed the kickoff to my favorite football game because they were slow to figure out how to work the TV's. Â The food is the same as any other BWW but it just isn't enough to keep up with the competitors. Â Wings at pluckers are better and the TV's are bigger. Â Even hooters will not fumble the remote. Â The other thing that is disagreeable is the loud noise but that might be the same with any wings restaurant in Killeen.
Review Source:I am not from Texas. I do not eat red meat. I do not eat chicken off the bone. I do not eat wings. Why I got dragged here? Basically when you visit Texas and all of your friends there are complete Texas rednecks.... yeah you get the picture. My first night in town I was dragged here. It wasn't bad... just wasn't good. My salad was eh... the waitress was cute... basically that's the end.
Review Source:Thank goodness it's not the only option anymore... The service wasn't particularly bad, they just had short term memory loss. They would forget everything! Also, once we went there and they told us they weren't carrying shiner beers anymore becuase the delivery was late. Then it took us an hour to get some wings, so we decided not to eat here any more...
