Recently went to BWW (Sunday 6/30) after an afternoon of shopping. In the land of 110 degrees, we walk in to find the a/c out. As we sat at the bar, we mentioned it to the hostess who mumbled that it was on and rushed off. The bartender came over to take our order (he was the saving grace of this place) and apologized for the heat. I asked him to turn on of the TV's to the Cubs game and he said he'd get manager to do it. Our food came out in a timely fashion, but it was sweltering the entire time. After 30 minutes of eating while the manager tried to figure out the tv system, I was ready to call it quits. I asked another waiter if he could change the channel or help the manager, and he told me that only manager was allowed to do it. The manager refused to ask for assistance from anyone, then finally told our bartender "the game wasn't on", which obviously wasn't true (it was on WGN). Not once did this fabulous manager come around to the tables and ask how the meal was or apologize for the lack of a/c. I will never step foot in that restaurant again. David, our bartender, made great drinks and was extremely attentive and apologetic. We left him a great tip and I hope he seeks employment elsewhere.
Review Source:This is our first visit to Buffalo Wild wings and it was fun! We decided to come here in the afternoon before we go watch a summer movie. We sat at the bar and our waiter was really friendly. I read in Yelp that we can asked them to give us a sample of their sauce and our waiter came back in 10 minutes with it. It was quite fun sampling! He also gave us some sample of their popular beers with orange and lemon flavors. The wings and the sauces were great. i am not sure if i want to come here for dinner eating wings to filled me up but Happy hours definitely is fun!
Review Source:My husband and I ate here today 6-7-13. Â We had eaten here on 2 previous occasions and each time was a very long wait. Â Both times the restaurant was not full and had ample staffing. Â We thought we would give this one more try. Â We should have know better because this time was no different than the previous times. Â Again the restaurant was not full and seemed to have plenty of staff.
We were seated by the hostess, Â after sitting for awhile with no drinks the waiter from the next table who was not our waitress asked if anyone had got our drinks, our answer no, Â promptly after that our waitress showed up to get our drinks. Â They came and she took our order. Â We had only a simple order of boneless chicken wings, nothing complicated or fancy. Â That is where this pretty much ends. Â My husband getting fidgety, Â I reminded him that it takes awhile here. Â Time goes on.... and on.... and after a half hour I'm starting to get pissed myself. Â
Meanwhile, about 15 minutes after we where seated another couple came in and where seated in the booth next to ours. The waiter came over and took their drink order and asked if they were ready, they replied no they needed a few minutes. Â A few minutes later they were ready and placed their order. Â Meanwhile we are waiting and waiting.
Finally my husband looks at me and says if they get their order before ours we are leaving, Â I agree because I am pissed by now. Â Sure enough, the other table gets their order. Â I could not believe it. Â I said lets get the F out of here. Â 3 times is the charm. Â Then, just as we get outside, my husband say maybe we should see the manager. Â I said are you crazy, he is the one that has allowed this to happen. Â This is 3 times over the course of the last year. Â He hired the cook, he hired the waitress to begin with. He and everyone here needs to go.
This place is ridiculous. Â This is not a place to go. Â We are certainly not going back ! Â As I said 3 times is the charm.
NEVER ! Â You who are reading this have been warned.
Ehhh, wings are good. But don't expect stellar service. Doesn't matter who the server is they will walk by you 5 times after you asked for a side of sauce and STILL not give it to. Once I walked up to the hostess stand to see if she could get me some. "Ummm no I can't because we charge for that", Okay well add it to my bill then, I'm just tired of waiting. Everyone looks pissed off too.
Review Source:This is really more like 1.5 stars, but I'll try to be generous. When our order came, everything but one order of fries was lukewarm. Our daughter's order of mild wings was medium and way too spicy for her. We pointed it out to the waitress who said, "I'll go back and check to see if I put it in wrong. If I did then we can get her a new order." She came back to let us know that she had entered the order correctly and seemed put off that we pointed out that the kitchen used the wrong sauce and made no effort to fix it. And we ordered chips but were given something more like potato coins - French fried potato rounds. They tasted fine, but were not what we ordered.
Overpriced, really loud, and meh service. Look elsewhere for wings - we certainly will.
Nothin' special about the food here, had the "Ultimate Nachos" and found there's nothing Ultimate about them, either they should change the name to BASIC Nachos, or have the cook pump them up!! In my experience, "Ultimate" nacho's include beans, meat, GRATED cheese (not the reconstituted powdered cheese-YUCK), green onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, and some sour cream & salsa. Â The service was good, beer selections good too, atmosphere was quite noisy thanks to the peeps that decided to bring their screamin' little ankle biters! Overall, I'm Not too impressed, and most likely won't return since this was my 2nd try!! Â :-/
Review Source:So as you can guess the wings here are delicious. Â Both the bone in and boneless are really good. Â They have a ton of different sauces and rubs to try that range from sweet to omg my mouth is on fire and everything in between. Â They have a ton of tvs and usually have a good game on. Â They have the trivia/poker going on some of the tvs and that is another reason my wife and I go there. Â There is an app you can download for Iphone or Android that lets you play from your phone or you can ask them to bring over the controllers (beware sometimes they are sticky.)
Now some things keeping it a 5 star review. Â My wife and I have been in when its both busy and empty and we seem to get the same service. Â Not bad but not great either. Â Our waiter or waitress is usually around but has to be flagged down if we want something. Â I always feel like a jerk when I have to do that.
The other thing that keeps me from going here more often is a lack of a solid entree favorite.  After a few wings I do want something that resembles a complete meal. I tried many things on their list and nothing has stuck out  until lately.  Their ribs are horrible, which kinda surprised me. (DO NOT ORDER).  Their pulled pork sandwich is good, but way to small for me and the price.  Lately I've been trying their chicken wraps and burgers and they seem to be hitting the spot. Â
Other bonuses:  They have a decent happy hour.  They have other great appetizers other than wings, at least all the on.  If you are looking for a place to sit at a bar and have a  quick snack, I recommend their pretzels.
Overall this place has the best wings in the desert with some other good features. Â Give it a try.
Love this place. We always have fun here. The foods good, the service is always great, & they can make my drink (well, depending on who's bartending, they can). I'm surprised by some of the bad reviews as we have never had an issue there & we go there a lot (& I've been to other bwws & we've always had good times as well). Love watching games there & people watching some of the more "enthusiastic fans". I recommend the parmesian garlic or spicy garlic, although the mango habenero is pretty good too.
Review Source:This place is a joke. 5 out of the 5 times I had been there, the service was horrible. I kept wanting to give it a chance because of all the games playing, but time after time, I would ask our waiter/waitress to put on a specific game to watch and it would take at least 25-30 mins. No exaggeration because I was timing her. If your drinks go empty, you will be waiting for a long time to get your refill because they never come by to your table so order 3 of whatever
your having or else you'll be thirsting for a while. The people there are way too loud, drunk, and obnoxious, which explains why they choose this place horrible place. The food is ok I guess. Hard to enjoy it when your pissed off the whole time your there. The last time we waited 20 minutes to be seated. 15 minutes went by after we sat down and no one ever came by to take our order. We just said the hell with it and got up and left. Never again!
Cheap, cheesey, loud and terrible service. Waited 10 min for first beer, 15+ for the second. Dirty table and only received 1/2 of original order. Once waitress decided to grace us with her presence well after food delivery, only another 5 min to get balance of order.
Don't waste your time!
This place has a pretty good happy hour. The appetizers are half off. Yay 3.00 fried pickles! Bar service is pretty good. I have not had a chance to sit at a regular table, but it looks pretty nice. There are touch monitors at some of the tables, so kids can play... The food comes out fast.
I recommend the "Spicy Garlic" wing sauce, and the "salt & vinegar" dry rub. Don't get the dry rubs on the boneless. Not the best!
Stopped in with a coworker for a quick wednsday lunch. I know Bw3 has edible franchise wings so it should be safe. And it was. We had salads and wings and all was fine as far as the food goes.
The issue here is a complete lack of service. We entered at around 1:00. Stood at the host stand for maybe 5 min. Finally a waiter walked buy and said we could seat ourselves in the bar. We did, then the wait began. Nobody to our table for 15 min. We filled the time discussing this with neighboring tables who where ignored as well. One had been waiting to pay the bill since before we came in. Anyway service was a joke and most of the bar area was joking about it. Making fun of the servers who where texting or talking amongst themselves rather than doing there job. This helped fill the time
The manager did apologize as we left and provided some bs story about not expecting so many customers. The dining rooms where empty so i guess they didn't expect to be open.
This restaurant is a chucky cheese for grown ups. Upon entering I instantly felt the need to sanitize. There was food spilled here and there on the carpet flooring. I hesitated to even sit down but my husband was already locked into the plethora of big screen tvs. Â The table next to us was a group of men, women and small children running around. They had already been there for a while based on their noise level and empty beer bottles. Upon receiving another bucket of beer one guy from that table took a bottle and shook it up and sprayed it a
Few feet from our
Table. I was horrified. Based on their Server's Non reaction, this must be a regular occurrence This place was so trashy and dirty and loud. Tables never
Got cleaned up after people left, food was everywhere. Â I will never go back. As far as the Food, the wings had good flavor but they resembled a Cornish game hen wings. They were so tiny with one bite per wing. If you are reading this and
Saying to yourself " this place sounds awesome,"then go on Monday night for the all you can eat for the best value! Â Also I would not bring children. There was actual footage of cock fighting on tv. I thought it was distasteful and quite unappetizing not to mention promoting animal cruelty. How can I give zero stars? They do not deserve one!
Okay, it's not really a five star place. But, you should know what you are getting into before you go there. It's a sports bar/wing joint. The service isn't the best, the food isn't the best, but it is better than most of what the desert has to offer. I put 5 stars, becasue this is the best sports bar/joint in the valley.
Plus, their lunch menu is awesome, and costs just about the same as a fast food joint.
The wings are huge mutants, artificially  plumped up with steroids. They HAVE to be injected with something, as chickens simply do not have wings this size naturally. They're so slimy and wet, it feels like you're eating raw wings.
I literally can't stand this loud, obnoxious place. Â I've tried BWW no less than six times, only because I LOVE wings and this is the only wing restaurant in the valley (at least that I know about). So, every two or three months, my resolve weakens and, in desperation, I reluctantly go back only to end up hating myself for doing so.
I've finally learned my lesson. No more BWW. Â I'll wait for someone to open a Wingstop franchise here.
Wack! Is all I gotta say! I'm on vacay from la and was really lookin forward to some wings and fried pickles! First off the overbearing, over friendly waiter got a bit too chummy chummy with me too soon! Was rubbing up against me the minute he decided to sit down next to me when I was about to place my order, oh I forgot to mention he was sweating profusely and his body was sticky and juicy (not in a good way)!!! So all I wanted was fried pickles and a small order of wings... And did I get that? No! I got a "oh, we're outta that Wing sauce and we've been outta fried pickles all weekend!" wtf!!! How can a franchise such as this dump be outta fried pickles and BBQ chipotle wing sauce???? Ugh! Beyond Annoyed! Sat here pouting an declined to order, lost my appetite... So as I sat here with my group, he keeps coming up to
Me with his greasy sweaty arm, nudging me saying "u sure I can't get you something?" yuck! Let's just say, I will NOT be returning here EVER!!!!! I don't wanna put any stars! But it won't allow me to leave it blank! So angrily I am placing a single star for this dumpy spot!!!
I agree with most of these reviews that the service here utterly sucks and every time I've been here my waiter/tress was either rude, pushy, or just absent. You basically have to ask for everything if you even get a chance to. I recommend ordering everything asap and if you need silverware or extra bowls whatever, mention that while you have the waiter there.
Other than that, I love the food. I've been sticking with the honey BBQ burger and the medium original wings. I've always had everything come out hot and fresh. I'm picky with wing sauces too but I actually love their sauce.
Every time I've come here, I must of picked a good time because it's usually semi-empty. Mostly from 1-4pm.
I've never gone at dinner time or when it was busy and I don't plan on it. I mean the service already sucks when it's semi-empty, I can't imagine how bad it gets when it's busy.
This place has a good sports ball vibe with tv's in all directions. Â Service was not that good. Â Food took a long time coming out and I got charged for 3 extra drinks! Â I came here for wings and they were great! Â My fav sauce is the honey bbq on the traditional wings. Â The wings had good chicken flavor and the honey bbq sauce gave it a great tasting sweetness. Â The fries were the medium size fast food ones and were great. Â I also tried the bbq ribs. Â They were not to my liking. Â The meat was ok for cooked in the oven ribs but the sauce they used to glaze the ribs had an objectionable flavor. Â This place has great wings and fries but I'm not sure about anything else.
Review Source:We were headed to Joshua Tree National Park and wanted something quick to eat, but yet not drive-thru. Â I used to go to a BWW in the college town I attended grad school and I remember enjoying their wings and different sauces.
We were greeted right away once we walked in. Â Since we had our pup, we asked if it was okay to sit in their patio. Â He assured us it was alright. Â We waited and since no one had come by to take our order or introduce themselves as our server, I went to the restroom in the meantime. Â I returned and the BF asked me, "what kind of service do they have here?". Â Apparently no server had approached the table yet. Â And yet I saw other tables being waited on in the patio. Â
One of the waitresses finally comes over only to tell me that my pup wasn't allowed in the patio. Â Her words exactly, " no animals are allowed in the restaurant". Â She told us as if we snuck her in, so I let her know that the guy at the entrance told us it was okay. Â She just replied, "he doesn't know". Â I even asked her if they could let it go this time, since we were already there (and my pup was just sitting there quietly the entire time). Â Her answer, "NO" and walks away! Â
Needless to say we left and will never return to this location. Â They need to have a sign or inform their staff that they are not dog friendly. Â And don't be ill-mannered towards your customers. Â And to the rude waitress, as far as I'm concerned the only animal in the restaurant was you! Â My pup was a perfect little lady.
If I were to give a star off my most recent visit (tonight) only, I would only give them a 1 star, but I am going to be fair and rate of every visit (6-10 times). I pretty much go here because its close and I do like wings (and beer...and nachos)
Previous visits (3 star):
Service has always been pretty slow and lousy, at times it has been pretty good (Martin, Koby & Jes, the good servers I can remember). I've sat in the bar, and dining area and it doesn't change much.
Food is decent. Better than similar priced places (applebees, chilis, ect.). I like the Hot wings, chicken nachos, jack daddy burger (burger with pulled pork... just imagine that) and onion rings. At times the food is better than other times, mostly the wings.
Tonight's visit (1 star):
Service was nonexistent. The server couldn't even get my water order right (I'm not kidding). When we (me and one other person) did order the food I told my friend  "I bet our order is going to be messed up" and I was right. It was hard to even let the server know our order and things were wrong cause he was never around, never.  The wings my friend ordered came out wrong, they took them back, and brought back the same wings with a different flavor sticker on the box. He also ordered a salad and they never brought him a fork, he had to ask twice (10 minutes apart) to get a fork, and by the time he got the fork his salad was warm. I ordered onion rings and was given fries (which I wouldn't recommended, they taste like garbage). The only refill we were given was from another server that had one to many water cups and asked if we wanted it, besides that never refilled or even asked to (3 empty glasses on the table). Normally I would have not mentioned the onion ring thing, but with so much else wrong I was just annoyed. They did give me the onion rings at no charge(99 cents), but still it was just a wreck.
If you want wings and are in palm desert, unfortunately this is where you have to go (basically).
Do not go if you are expecting good service, or speedy service. You just have to go in expecting it so you are not mad.
It's unfortunate that this Buffalo Wild Wings location has left so many people disappointed. I can understand why. The first few times I ate at the Palm Desert location, I too waited for a table in the dining area. The service was at best, simply OKAY.
Then I found out that I can simply walk in to the bar area for a table, without having to wait. The service in the bar area is much better, especially since servers are passing by every second.
Now the food:
I always start my meal at BWW with an order of Buffalo Chips, which are potato slices that taste better than french fries.
The wings are delicious, not the best I've ever had, but certainly good enough to keep me going back for more. I prefer traditional wings, they seem to have more flavor, where as the the boneless wings are essentially small chicken strips with not enough sauce.
My favorite sauces are Hot BBQ, Honey BBQ and Carribean Jerk.
Drinks: I drink beer and they have a lot of draft beer. I love a place that makes it hard for me to choose.
Buffalo Wild Wings is best enjoyed at the bar, while your favorite sports team is playing.
Chicken wings were great! Not a problem with the food at all! Â
Service was awful. Spent the whole night saying "that's not ours" as the waiters and waitresses brought our table everyone else's food and drinks. Then argued with us about it. Ended up being the food and beers for the people 2 tables behind us. Happened at least 10 different times.
So what goes wrong with established chains once they come to the desert? I've been to BW-3 in different locations including my favorite one in Chicago; I'm a DePaul grad and we would go there on Thursdays to get $2 bombers of Rolling Rock and watch the games.
BW-3 is a good concept, but this location just does not pull it off. This location is soulless. Possibly the building is too large, or maybe the 55+ demographics don't work here. I don't know, but the food is average, the wings are below par compared to other BW-3s, and the service is questionable.
On the positive side, you know you can always get a table.
NEVER to return is not long enough.
We arrived today about 3:15 p.m. Looked over the menu. Â Dining companion decided on popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders only because he couldn't find anything he really wanted. Â I genuinely longed for ribs. Â
Server took our order and three minutes later came back with the news that they were OUT OF RIBS. Â Three on a Sunday afternoon they are out of ribs??? Disgusted, I told her to just duplicate my husband's order.
We waited much too long for the food and when it arrived it was hard, dry, tasteless and completely unappetizing. Â My husband twirled his fork around in it a few times, eating practically nothing and drank massive amounts of Coke. I choked down some shrimp because i was really hungry, but the chicken TENDERS were so tough I had only two bites and gave up. Â There was nothing tender about them.
I will never, ever go there again. Â The only saving grace was I had a coupon and only had to pay for one portion of that garbage. Â Oh, I almost forgot, the first check the server brought, the BOGO was not included and I had to remind her that I gave her a coupon. Â How odd is it that at least half the time the coupon becomes non-existent in the minds of the restaurant staff.
This was enough to make me  want to eat home every single day of the year.
Wow, Gotta be an expensive train wreck. Lets start with the good stuff. Somebody else built the building. Somebody else built the televisions. Somebody else brewed the beer and drinks. Somebody else grew the food. All Buffalo Wild Wings has to do is cook it and deliver it to your table. They can barely do that. 4 of us for dinner, sat in the bar and we all ordered different things.
The only thing that didn't suck and was supposed to be cold was the Cole slaw.
The server - slow and incompetent = sucked
The Buffalo wings (which by the way this place is named after) cold + small = Big Suck
The ribs - fatty and cold = sucked
The boneless chix + cold = sucked
The French Fries I'm sure they came in a frozen bag all they have to do is put em in a fryer so they were edible at least. Still came out cold.
You would & should expect to get drinks in less than 15 minutes, especially when your only 20 feet from the bar, that didn't happen.
I would think that when you get menus and ask to order food that napkins and silverware are delivered before the food arrive, that didn't happen.
And the worst thing for me asking me to pay 13 bucks for a plate of food and delivering it in a cold plastic tub with a sheet of paper to protect your food from the plastic (which I'm sure gets washed every time like the the plastic trays at McDonald's - Yeah right)
Listen to me B.W.W. if that's the way you want to run great. My whole family will never be back. and I was with a group of friends the other day and someone said lets try here. I said no way in hell. We went to Chili's and you know what? The Buffalo Wings were awesome at Chili's. All the food was hot and fresh. Even a server who wasn't ours came to check on us when our server was 5 feet away with another table. We had napkins and silverware right away, didn't have to ask for refills, and were in and out in less than an hour. money well spent.
I happened to se a friend of mine who I didn't know worked there and is a bartender at B.W.W. told him how awful everything was (embarrased to complain to him - since he semed so proud) The manager was nice enough to take off half our bill and I still felt cheated.
I would love to give this place another chance but im not at a picnic or food truck and dont want to eat out of a plastic / paper bowl, and reduce your prices for what your serving, and get competent servers and cooks.
What a waste of all those beautiful Televisions.
Sorry B.
Chris
Let me start off by saying that I'm not much of a drinker so my focus was more on the food aspect of the place than the bar.
With that said, here's what happened...
My origional thought was..."Hey... let's try something new, its a buffalo wing place it must be good."
It was my birthday and first time there. Â I assumed everything would be great. Â First thing my husband and I noticed walking in was the wall to wall flatscreens. Â We get to the booth table and its cool because there are video machines to play games on while you wait. Â Then I look at the menu and think, "Oh cool...look at all the choices for wing sauce..." I was excited to try something special. Â Unfortunately I expected too much.
Considering the name of the place, the buffalo wings were not wild enough. Â Instead of being THE BOMB, it bombed for me. Â There wasn't enough sauce on it. I'm used to buffalo wings being soaked up and drenched in wings sauce. Made me wish Hooters or Wingstop was near by to make up for it.
As for service...I have a question...does service to a table stop once the bill is paid or once we leave the table? Â I was still eating when my husband paid the bill and when I was done the server came for the dishes and never talked to us again. Â In fact the last thing she said to me was, "excuse me can I take that plate?" Â She didn't even ask if we wanted dessert. Can you believe I didn't get a birthday dessert?! Â Believe me I wanted it, I was with Jeffrey V. Â (read his post to see how long we waited). Â I left the place disappointed. I guess paying the bill early is not a good idea? Â Is it really that difficult to start a new bill?
Anyway...I believe there may be a bright side to all of this for those of you who like to get your drink on. Â If I remember correctly, happy hour starts around 3pm and ends at 11pm...check it out if you want.
Even though our server was fast and very  attentive, the one thing "he" missed, was the hair in the paper tray he gave us for 'whatever'...sharing fries? Then under that was a toothpick that neither my friend nor I previously had of our own. That was the turnoff. Then, I KNOW we ordered
one of the items under Flatbreads, but got a wrapped crispy tortilla, which kind of dawned on me after said and done (as we 'were previously' talking about which to get). The only good thing HERE is the 60+ Flatscreens in various sizes. Noisy atmosphere, mostly young & married crowds with kids. Not where I prefer to go IF & WHEN I decide to have drinks with a friend and watch TV sports.
I went in today for lunch. First impression is it is a big investment, good looking fun place. They have  many big screen TV around.
I ordered Black & Blue burger and wings with Mango Habanero sauce.
Burger was ok. But I liked the wings.
Service is not good yet because they are all new folks..
Anyways I will be going there often to have some drink and snack..
The burger was very good. But the food I came for left me disappointed. The wings were mediocre. They do come in a lot of varieties but I think that the wings at The Beer hunter are far better. It was also incredibly loud. Like eating in a Mexican drum.
Exc - None
Good - Burger
Ave - Wings, service
Poor - Loud
WOULD I GO BACK? PROBABLY FOR THE NEXT MMA FIGHT.
I have gone twice, first time great and I thought I loved the concept. Second time I went I realized it was the first waitress that was so good, not the concept.
Our waitress today was awful, how many times can someone ask if a $7.00 lunch is good....12? that's what she did. And it took 1/2 hour to even get some wings! The trivia game is fun, but I would be hard pressed to go back. maybe get it to go?
This BWW is two weeks old, let's start with that. The employees are mostly friendly and upbeat.
Contrary to previous reviews, I'd like to clarify some of the misinformation. There are actually 60+ T.V.s including those on the patio and in the bathrooms. Happy hour is not just $1.00 off wine and beer. Different beers have different happy hour pricing and appetizers are half off, save the slammers and the sampler. Buffalo wild wings has milk. They give cups of milk to people who partake in the Blazin' Wings Challenge because their mouths are on FIRE. NO chicken salad comes with a FULL breast of chicken. If you know what a chicken looks like, you know that half a breast is plenty for most people.
BWW has wings on special Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Traditional Tuesday =$0.55/each Any Wing Wednesday=Boneless OR Traditional Wings $0.60/each and Boneless Thrusday=$0.65/each. There is a min. of wings you have to order (over 5) but they are so cheap almost any person could get two orders of 6 and be full.
The kinks are definitely being worked out but since day one the restaurant has been running smoother every day, and I know this because I am there 5 days a week. There are a lot of things BWW does differently when it comes to service (being much more casual since it's a sports bar) compared to other restaurants and that tends to throw people off sometimes. Since there are games happening so frequently, BWW tends to be really busy on game night with wait time ranging from 15mins to an hour but the people love the atmosphere, the food and stick around to watch the games.
All in all the food is consistent, as is the high-energy, loud, sports-loving employees and guests.
Oh, and if you don't like the service but you like the food, the take-out counter is the first thing you hit on your way in. ;)
So, I have to first say that the atmosphere is awesome. Â They have 40+ flatscreens throughout the restaurant and it feels like you're about to have fun right when you walk inside.
Also, they had karaoke and I very much enjoyed that.
All of the employees are super nice and ready to have a good time!
Here are a few areas where they can improve:
(1) Service. Â Mike was the bartender who was serving me as well as another woman bartender (in the beginning). Â They were both very nice, but didn't know a lot about the menu. Â For example, I asked her about the Happy Hour and she had to ask someone about it to answer my question. Â I asked Mike for coffee and he brought it without a spoon. Â When I asked for one he said they didn't have spoons. Â Then, he came with non-diary creamer since they don't have milk in the restaurant. Â Plus, they only have regular sugar and Sweet 'n Low. Â Kind of weird.
(2) Food. Â The food is not very good. Â I had the Chicken Salad and it was one of the worst I've ever had. Â First off, there wasn't a lot of chicken and for $9.95 I expected at least a breast. Â Also, there are not many options for healthy eaters. Â I think the salads needs to be reduced in price to $8.00. Â My brother ordered the $.65 buffalo wings and said they were good although the portion size is very small.
(3) Happy Hour is whack. Â $1 off wine and beer. Â Okay, that's not very good especially for a place just starting out.
Overall, I think Buffalo Wild Wings just needs better food, more options, and a few training sessions with the staff about service and anticipating guests' needs. Â For example, give the guest a spoon if they order tea or coffee.
I will not be returning to this restaurant and won't recc. it to anyone. Â However, if you don't care about good service or good food, then check it out. Â At least you can watch sports on a huge flatscreen and have a nice margarita!
