This Buffalo Wild Wings has to be the worst one in the entire nation. Everytime I go there I have the WORST service I have ever experienced. I have done 8 years of serving and I have never seen such incompetent workers. The managers seem like they just give in to their workers and do the work for them. Maybe if they hired people based on experience and not just looks it would be a better establishment. The only reason it has 2 stars is because the wings are at least good. Even then though they charge so much for wings and beer who really needs this place?
Review Source:The wings and pretzels here are pretty good. They do have some weird policies, like charging for ranch dressing on certain days, but the weirdest thing was the coffee. Coffee is on the menu at Buffalo Wild Wings, but whatever you do, don't get in  a hurry. Our waitress told us it wasn't "their policy" to keep coffee brewed, and also that it would take twenty minutes to brew us a cup with their huge old maker, so we'd have to wait. The manager confirmed this bizarre practice.
Review Source:Restaurant was clean. Food arrived in a timely manner. Wait staff was kind, friendly and helpful.
To the food :
You can choose from a vast array of sauces or 4 dry rubs and traditional bone in wings or boneless. We went with traditional and ordered
6 Parmesan garlic, which was a sauce. It was pretty good, packed with flavor the Parmesan was very prominent.
6 honey BBQ, sauce as well. My personal favorite. Sweet but with a small note of spicy at the end. Very good.
6 buffalo, flavorful, a little on the spicy side.
We came back two days later they had the wings 50¢ each:)
Overall a good dining experience, we will probably return next time we're up in Prescott.
We had a group of ten. We were seated, ordered drinks and then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for our drinks. Then 20 minutes later the waitress took our order. It took them an hour to get our food. Extremely disappointed. We are very regular here and service should not be that bad for anyone.
Review Source:I think this place gets a bad wrap. I love their wings and while they aren't the best, they are pretty good. They have a lot of options and flavors for the wings. The service isn't bad, not that I have experienced although it can take a little while for the food to come out.
If you want to watch a game or any sport on TV this would be the place to go, TV's everywhere. The prices aren't bad for the food, especially for a chain.
I would overall recommend BWW's
You don't keep people waiting for 10+ minutes on a relatively slow night without taking at least a drink order or acknowledging their existence. That's exactly what happened to us last night. Servers moving around us, chatting it up with other tables, and we sat there as if we were invisible the whole time.
Odd, too, because despite being slow they still had a lot of people working.
Would have been a 1-star review, except that I've been here before and it wasn't as bad.
Corporate mediocrity at it's finest. Â Most people are too rookie to notice, which is what these kinds of places bet on. Â Staff is lackluster and apathetic. Â Food is good. Â Not great, but .....well, mediocre, like everything else about the experience. Â
On the plus side, they have a kick-ass deal on wings every Tuesday. Â That, combined with happy-hour and video trivia make me come by every so often for some wings and beer. Â And trivia : )
I love wings. Wings, wings, wings. Â Although this place doesn't have the best wings I've ever eaten, I would consider them to be above average. Â I appreciate their 10 or so options for sauce and have tried about 4 of them. Â In general I like "hot" (not extra hot, fire, etc). My favorite sauce so far is the spicy garlic, which has an awesome flavor but I place in the "medium" category. Â I was extremely excited to try the Mango Habanero sauce, but it ended up being a little to spicy for me to enjoy. Â I've tried a few sandwiches/burgers my friends have ordered and my advice is to stick to the wings. Â The beer selection is slightly disappointing due to the fact that it's made up of mostly Anheuser Busch products, but it's a chain, so I guess that's to be expected. Â And again, it's all about the wings. Wings, wings, wings. Â
Footnote: I believe that fact that I was born and bred in Upstate New York and have spent a good deal of time in Buffalo, NY makes this an extremely well qualified review ;)
I am a huge hot wing fan, and the wings at this location have been marginal at best. The multiple times we have eaten there everyone in my party has agreed the food just really is not that good. I have been to several other BWW throughout the country and the food and service was much better than here in PV. Would not recommend this place as a good place to eat. Not sure if it really deserves two stars, because I guess it could get a little worse.
