I'm passing through Twin Falls on a family road trip. We have a BWW in Fresno. Chain restaurants are usually pretty consistent.
"We're a corporate chain, we don't control what they print..." Might fly the first time I hear it on a visit. Four attempts at ordering later you're just an idiot.
Really, truly, seriously: I understand taps run dry. I understand you may not get your shipment of cookie-cutter beers and menu items on time, every time. But three beers missing from the menu? My friends, if you're missing half your premium drafts, it's time to slip a revised beer list into the menu.
The place was a ghost-town on a Sunday evening. The staff was reasonably attentive, but not as on-the-ball as an occupancy of 10-12...or a staff/guest ratio of 1:1.5 should have allowed for.
The visit was disappointing, but the food was as expected: not bad.
I always enjoy hanging out here - just sittin at the bar having some chips and salsa or maybye some  wings. The food is good (not great) and the service is good  (not great) as well. The best thing about the place is it is NO SMOKING!!! You can watch the game without 'Puff the magic dragon" sitting next to you and having all his second hand smoke ruin your lungs and stink up your clothes - probably the only place in Twin where you can watch the game without needing a gask mask. I usually get a soda, chips and salsa and a 12 - 18 peice order of wings and I'm out the door for 20 - 25 bucks. On game days, it will be loud and crowded but thats part of the experience as far as I'm concerned.
Review Source:I went to this BWW for a World Series game, and had a great time watching some baseball. Â I was out of town for work, so I was glad to have somewhere to hang out. Â
However, when I received my bill, they had added four or five drinks to my tab... which meant that I drank more than a human possibly could over the course of a couple hours. Â When I checked my pulse, I found out that I had not, in fact, died of alcohol poisoning. Â I tried to explain this reasonably to the bartender, that I could not have possibly drank so much on my own... having paid off a portion of my tab with my wings earlier. Â However, he got an attitude, and I just paid the tab instead of arguing with a high school drop out over $3 drafts.
Really disappointing end to an otherwise enjoyable night. Â Lose the dbag bartenders and we'll talk, BWW.
Wings & sauce are great, service is sketchy at best - 50/50 if a server will show up at your table at all. We've had delayed/distracted service before, but tonight, we waited 15 minutes minimum (checked time on a txt i got right as we were seated) for a server to show up, no one ever did. tried to get the attention of the manager wandering around, he wouldn't make eye contact. we don't know him from Adam and never have had any conflicts or brought in a rowdy group here so figured it was just that their service is * severely* *lacking* not anything about us personally. Â even though we love the mango habanero wings, we left for Applebee's just up the street to get the good service & classic wings there.
Review Source:If you've been to one BWW you've been to em all, but this place was PACKED on a Tuesday night. Despite the service being relatively slow for us the entire wait staff was very friendly. Â Our bartender was singing to all the music and it was a generally fun atmosphere. Â The real reason this BWW gets 4 stars from me is that I was very pleased with the beer selection. Â They had 90 Shilling on draft, a beer I haven't had since my last trip to Denver. Â Also tried a Sockeye IPA - something I'd never had before. Â Also featured Leinenkugel's Sunset Wheat and Sam Adams Oktoberfest. Â Great beers and overall a great experience.
Review Source:This chain restaurant just opened in Twin Falls, so it's packed full of people trying out the newest place in town. Â At lunch we waited an hour to get two orders of wings! Â Much too slow for a lunch hour. Â The wings were good, but not any better than others I've had. Â This is a sports bar so it is loud. Â It would probably be an ok place to enjoy a game and eat wings, but since I don't watch sports I probably won't be rushing back. Â The service needs to pick up the pace if they want to attract a regular lunch crowd.
