Although this place started off kind of rocky, it ended up as being good. The server we had  at the bar one of the times my co-workers and I went was a bit "forgetful". Three times in a row, one of my co-workers had to go up to the bar and get his drink. The manager was alerted about this and was more than happy to give everyone in the party $5 off their tab for the night and the one co-worker got a $10 voucher to use. So, I think the situation although crappy was handled very well. So, props for that!

The other times that we've gone there have been quite pleasant. The food is good, the drinks are cold, and the service is quick and friendly. :) I will be going back there often for the next two weeks while I am in town.

We had excellent service.  I don't want to take away from the service staff, because they were great--our server in particular.

We ordered drinks and loved the flavored limeades and lemonades with free refills.  We enjoyed playing games on the game board and TV.  The atmosphere was pleasant.  So far so good.

    Until the food arrived.....

Really mediocre.  It tasted like it was straight out of a freezer bag.  Honestly.  It tasted exactly like Tyson's frozen nuggets with a bottle of sauce poured on.  My daughter and I had boneless wings (aka frozen chicken nuggets), my husband had a burger that he wasn't wild about (he looked longingly across the street to Five Guys), my other daughter (a vegetarian, so she didn't have many options) had pretzels and cheese sauce.  That cheese sauce was DISGUSTING icky vending machine grossness.

We also had fried pickles.  They were rather greasy.

We didn't send the food back, because I think that the overall the food quality is just over-processed crap.  And sending it back would've solved nothing.

Later, we all had gastrointestinal issues.

To top it off, we got a bill for $55.  For food we could've purchased out of the Walmart freezer section.  We won't be returning.

This is a good place to go when you have large group of people and you want to just  share a bunch of greasy bar food, like wings, jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks, etc. If you want to share conversation, however, I suggest looking elsewhere. It's SO loud in there, even when it's not crowded, and even when there's not a game on. The staff was okay but most of the wait staff seemed really stressed.
The beer was also really expensive! If you want to drink somewhere, I would recommend going to a locally owned place to get higher end beer at lower prices.
As for the wings themselves, the Mango Habanero sauce is my personal favorite. You can even buy sauces by the bottle, which is handy for spicing up meals at home.

i stopped by february of 2012 because i wanted to watch the knicks game and the hotel i was staying at didn't have MSG or whatever channel it was on. Yes, this was during Linsanity.

I came here and they have 20 TVs (maybe more) not a single one was showing the Knicks game. The bartender said yea they'll put it on for me, so I ordered a drink. They never changed the channel, in fact i was told it's their policy to not change the channels.

    fuckers!

Typical BWs food is good for the price. There hottest sauce isint that hot. But for a non spicy guy like me it's a good thing.

Your traditional chain resturant, your meals are over priced for what you get, Id rather go to a mom and pop resturant.

One of the worst BWW I've been too. Waitress took our order and never once did she come and check on us. It was another waitress that gave our food. No one stop to ask us how our food was. I had to flag down a Manager because they got our order wrong, Manger was cool, gave us some free wings.

Love the fish tacos, the server was nice but often left us with empty cups for a while. The wings are good and the atmosphere was cool.

Not always the best with service but the food is consistently good. I love their salads!

B Dubs is not for me!  I love to eat messy food in the privacy of my own home, like wings.  I know, I'm funny about it like that.  Their wings are DELICIOUS!  Sauces are great!  They're boneless ones aren't as good as I hoped.  Their sliders were pretty good the first time I had them.  Huckleberry Lemonade is the only drink I have there.  Service is okay.

I've been here a few times already.  Each time the food is good, the service decent, and the crowd is great.  But every single time, I get a little bit of tummy trouble afterwards.  Not quite sure what it was since I've been there on the weekend (much busier) and during the week (early in the week as well as later in the week) and I vary a bit in my choices.  Well, since they're known for their wings, I always do wings, but I vary up with sides and drinks, so I guess it's safe to say the wings caused my tummy trouble.  The beer selection is decent though.  Although a friend ordered the Killians Irish Red once and it smelt and tasted funny - almost like dishwashing liquid funny.  But the waitress was very nice and did admit that they usually only keep a half barrel around because it's not the most popular beer so sometimes the taste can change - so she took it off our tab.  Overall, it's a decent place to go to watch the game with friends.

What can I say its B DUB DUB. Staying at the holiday inn express literally right next door. Once i turned off of hwy 81 and onto Arsenal St and saw that there was a BWW in crawling distance to my hotel I almost blacked out and crashed my car.

With that said I always enjoy BWW. The one I go to in AZ is always a good time too. This experience is difference for me since im on business and traveling by myself so I look to the row of beer taps as my friends. Cant go wrong with wings here or wraps/sandwiches. Wait staff at the bar is very nice and like to small talk which makes me feel less alone and bored watching silent tv's.

Will be back here a few more times this week im sure as im here for another 5 days. See you soon BWW! Manho Hab is my jam

Not a bad place to come for wings. But, it won't convert me from being a HUGE Hooters fan.

The parking lot is deceptive and will appear that the restaurant is totally full. But as you hit the door you will quickly realize that the cavernous room is mostly empty.  The wait staff is nice but not expeditious (especially when the room is empty and there are more waitresses than customers).  The wings are good as noted, but the salads on the two visits that we had were not good at all. It can be loud with the TVs and few customers. If you get cold easily, bring a sweatshirt or sweater like my daughter and wife do.

Best wings hands down. This chain is always a crowd pleaser!

I'm going to keep this short and sweet. The food was average. The prices were a little high. The service was THE WORST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED AT ANY RESTAURANT. The waitress seemed irritated from the moment we arrived. She was very impatient with us and acted as if she was doing us a favor every time she answered a question. She completely ruined a fun night out with friends. I've never left a restaurant without tipping until I came to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Watertown. I wish I remembered her name so the managers could replace her with someone that actually wants to work as a waitress.

No matter what Army Post I move to..thank god there is ALWAYS a bdubs!  They have a full bar, tons of flat screens around that not only play the sports games, but they also have games at the table that are trivia and poker.  My husband and I and family can go there and sit for at least 2 hours eating playing games and having fun.  The wings are AWESOME.  Even the spicier you get, there is still flavor.  Their desserts aren't anything special, but their apps and their entree's are great.  Love the food and the atmosphere.  We go a few times a month!
