If I could give no stars, I would. I came to BWW with a party of four. We normally ask to be seated outside because its a little too loud inside. Before we were seated, several waiters were bickering back and forth about who would take our table because they didn't want to be assigned to the patio. After about 5 minutes, we were seated. Right away, our waitress asked for a credit card to make sure we wouldn't eat and leave through the exit without paying. I gave her an old expired debit card (I tend not to trust employees with my cards for long periods of time). She then took our order and headed inside with my card. Someone in our party went inside to use the restroom and said he witnessed our WAITRESS WRITING DOWN THE CARD NUMBER. When she came back outside, she quickly brought to my attention that my card was expired. She asked for another card but I declined and said I was paying with cash anyway. From there, it was all downhill. The food was good but the service was horrible. I will never come back to this location.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF ANY WAITER OR WAITRESS EVER ASKS FOR A CREDIT CARD

I've been to this location a few times.
I'm not a big fan of BWW, they just seem really overpriced for what you get.
It's a fun atmosphere to watch sports in if you're a fan. Wings are good, I get the Parmesan Garlic wings with buffalo sauce on the side...BOMB!!!! I've only sat in the bar area, service in there sucks, but I think that's expected at most restaurant bars being there's usually only 1-2 servers. Overall it's a good place to meet a few friends and try and catch up, I say try because it's pretty stinkin' loud.

I am not a huge fan of Buffalo WIld Wing's wings, but they do have a great bar.

The mango habanero sauce is very tasty, and worth trying.

It's true the service is really bad. The hostesses are usually really rude. One time many of the waiters were blaming mix ups on the bartenders and fighting amongst eachother, very disorganized. I feel bad for the workers that were actually nice, because I noticed that they got yelled at too, by customers. To sum it all up, I got yelled at by a waitress, overcharged, never reiceved my drinks, had an awful time, some of my guests walked out, and this was only one night of complaints. The rest of the complaints can't even fit in this comment. I have been here about 7 times. I only had two good experiances here.I will come here if there is nowhere else to go.

I've been here on two separate occasions: the first one on a Thursday night and the second (and most recent one) on a Monday afternoon.

On my first trip, it was a Thursday night at around 10pm with a friend. It was quite crowded. We weren't seated for a good 20 minutes. What's ridiculous, however, is that the first 10 minutes were completely wasted. When my friend and I walked in, we weren't greeted by the hostess at the podium. The lady was fully aware of us walking in, but didn't bother to ask us if we were dining in or picking up or whatever. Not knowing what to expect, we sat down and waited (seeing that there were other people waiting).

It wasn't until 10 minutes after did we grow restless and ask if we could be seated. Surprise, surprise; we weren't taken accounted of. We were seated 10 minutes later.

My friend and I decided to grab 12 wings each (we be hungry!) and share an appetizer. Our friendly waitress did recommend the potato wedges, and even made a special order in the kitchen to add bacon on top at no extra charge. EXTREMELY nice of her! Who doesn't love some bacon on top of their potato wedges?

We got our wings. Included was parmesan garlic, spicy garlic, and mango habanero. Beware of the mango habanero! Sweet and savory... but then that kick in the end will have you knocking back your drinks faster than you could finish a wing!

Service was ok that night. Drinks were refilled for the first half... the second half of our stay, our cups remained empty without any waitress noticing.

On my second trip, it was a Monday afternoon at around 3pm (oddly enough with the same friend). If you just want to eat some chicken, avoid the sassy service, and stay away from rowdy patrons, then come around this time! It wasn't crowded, and we were seated right away.

Despite not being too crowded, service was still kind of slow. Don't get me wrong, they were attentive. It just took forever for everything to come together.

We ordered the potato wedges (sans bacon; no special order this time :( ) and some wings. Our appetizer didn't come out until 15 minutes later... along with our wings. Meh.

In conclusion, aside from the somewhat slow service, the wings are finger lickin' good. I love me some spicy garlic. Come for the food, not the service.

Interesting fact: you can actually ask the waitress to try the sauces. Be warned: make sure you order some fries or something. If you do ask to try the sauces, they just give it to you as is, no fries or anything.

Apparently each location sets the price for their special wing day. This location has it set for 69 cents a wing! NOT BADDDD considering you normally pay about a buck for a wing! I'm not a huge wings person.. so I'm glad I came on their 69 cent Wing Tuesday!

Prepare to call the fire department because we couldn't handle the Habanero mango flavor. Don't let the first bite of sweetness get to you. It comes. It hits you good. Your ears will ring. You will ask for milk. Or I guess you can man it up and wash it down with some beer.... even then your mouth will be burning for a few minutes. I don't even want to know what the next two spiciest levels feel like! EEEEEK.

We came during happy hour and we ordered the Magic Hat 9 (tall) for $4.95. I decided I wanted the same beer, but smaller and ordered a regular size for $5.25. I felt kinda meh about this. COME ON. If I was your waitress, I would DEFINITELY point out to you that getting the bigger was cheaper. Even if I didn't want to finish it all, I'm sure my friend would have finished it for me. It's only great customer service that would have pointed that out. OH WELL. Now I know. Now hopefully you know too!

This place is horrible like I mean worst wing place in America. wingstop has better flavor and bigger wings anyway my lady and her friends went here yesterday and we order 2 18 wings and a sampler now normally when you order appetizer it's supposed to come before the meal but anyway my gf friend order a margarita so it comes and she drinks it then it takes the server 35 minutes just to come back to us to ask for a refill and meanwhile the server  hasn't even put the order in.SO at this point I'm hungry and we all ordered drinks and from the time we told the server which was 35 minutes another 30 minutes go by so 1 hour with NO REFILLS.Meanwhile I had to tell another server to tell her to get my drinks so she then comes with our drinks but forgets the margarita.FINALLY our food comes 1 hour and 30 minutes after we placed order and I'm noticing I just paid 12.99 for sampler that has 3 mozzarella sticks 3 onion rings wings and nachos and the chips are all broken with just crap on top and the chicken wings are about as size of my finger with no flavor AND to top it all off when the lady brings the food she spills all the ranch on the floor almost hitting my gf so I'm fuckin furious now.I take a bite of my wings and they are too spicy for me so I tell the server can you exchange them for BBQ and she says yes ill tell them to make it fast.HAHA yea right I wait 45 minutes for the wings so I go back in and tell her I don't want the wings just charge me for 6 wings cause the 12 took too long.SO I'm sitting here like I had 3 of my gf wings a onion ring mozzarella stick and some fries and that meal I just described is like 25 bucks. So she brings the bill here is where it gets crazy so the bill came out to 54 dollars and I'm like WTF so I'm reading it she took off 12 wings then charged us 33 dollars for 18 wings thinking like we wouldn't notice haha so I ask to see manager. He comes out and I shake his hand and tell him straight to his face your place sucks and he says excuse me and I show him bill and tell him about food and having to wait 45 minutes for wings and over a hour for service and he says you get what u pay for he then snatches the bill from my hand and I start to tell him about the sampler how it sucks and he got all offended ha he says you can get up right now and leave so bitch you don't gotta tell me twice we just got up and walked up 54 dollars worth of food for free :) DON'T COME HERE place sucks balls

This place is always so very, very crowded  whenever there are basketball or hockey games! The cool thing is that BWW has deals on wings during the week. for example, on Tuesdays the Boneless Wings are 65 cents, on Wednesdays Regular Wings are 65 cents, and on Thursdays ANY wing is 65 cents (but you must order a minimum of 5 wings). Not too shabby! Celery and carrots are free and there are good lunch specials during the week before 2 P.M. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the restaurant has many, many flavors and seasonings to choose from (unlike Wingstop) and the waiters make sure that you know what you're getting yourself into when it if you try to order the hottest wing sauce.

The only reason why I keep coming back is because I love the wings and it's the only one close to my house but honestly, THE SERVICE SUCKS HERE!
    Beware;
Im all about service where ever I go and this place lacks in every aspect.
I've been here quite a few times and out of all those times they've probably only gotten my order correct twice. We don't get greeted until after 20 minutes we've been sitting there, and that's because I have to get up and ask them to take our freaking order. So irritating. And then after that happens they never come back to refill out waters or drinks etc so again I get up myself. Sometimes they are a little busy but a lot of the times I come here it's NOT busy and they still suck. One time one of the waitresses (Kenya) responded to me with a "what" after I politely called her over to my table for a refill!. "What" really WHAT?!  Overall this place has no decent service, but the food is good. So if u DONT care about service then this place is for you! 2 stars for food 0 for service

I'm big when it comes to service and this place takes forever. The food was alright but again the service just sucked. It wasn't busy or anything and the people who came in AFTER us got their food BEFORE we even got our drink order taken. Pretty sure it doesn't work that way at a restaurant.... Anyways the only reason we went us because we're two broke college student who love wings so the whole Wing Wednesday thing was perfect for us.

What kind of evil bastard serves 70 wings to go with no ranch? That's cruel and unjust. The part that really kills my boner is the fact that the guy specifically asked me if I wanted ranch, to which I replied "Yes. Buckets of it." And as if the missing ranch wasn't enough of a slap to the face, the 70 wings were rather sucky. They weren't as plump, exciting, or saucy as they've been in the past.

I use to eat at BWW all the time, when I was still living back home in Chicago.  So when I learned that there was a location near us, I told my hubby I wanted him to try it since he never had.  We were greeted by a friendly young lady at the door, and we she told us to go on in and sit wherever we'd like.  We sat facing all the large tv screens, that were playing mostly all sports.  We ordered their boneless wings, and mixed it with 2 different sauces.  We also had a side of french fries as well.  It wasn't so busy, which was nice to just relax and watch whatever was on their tv.  My hubby enjoyed the wings, as I did as well it was a bit salty but not so bad.  The prices were a lil bit pricey.  Server was nice and friendly.  We'd go back again for another visit if we ever craved for wings.

I had dinner here a couple nights ago, and boy do I regret it.

Service was pretty slow, but considering how busy it was, I get it.

What was horrible was the quality of the wings. I usually have one of the strongest stomachs around, In my whole life I've only gotten food poisoning once, this is my second time.

I ate here for dinner around 7-8, came home and couldn't sleep, I started to feel super nauseous that I threw up violently. I had IBS , a headache, stomach cramps and a fever the following day.... Still mildly suffering. I'm not sure what went wrong with food preparation, but even the mention of BWW makes me want to barf.

This place is literally 10% hit 90% miss. I've had one good experience amongst many bad ones this past year. Our server Rick was horribly rude.

I came here extremely ravenous and ready to order more than what two people should consume: 1 tablegating sampler, a basket of fries, two tall beers, 6 hot BBQ, and 8 boneless parmesan garlic. Possibly more food, but my appetite was ruined by a mix up.

I ordered 6 traditional hot BBQ with a side of wild sauce amongst other items. When I got my wings they were extremely hot. They tasted like wild and there was no sticker on the boat indicating what flavor it was (The other wings came out with a sticker). I'm assuming when I asked for wild sauce on the side he might have messed up the order. The Chargers game was on too and I noticed he was paying more attention to the flat screen than my order (not that attentive, someone get this guy some Aderral). I know what "hot" is because I've accomplished the Blazin challenge more than once at other Buffalo Wild Wings (where the service is always consistently perfect: Chino Hills & Brea). My fellow lady also confirmed it was wild.

I asked another server to correct my order and asked to talk to the manager. Our waiter comes back instead and I explain to him the situation. He never admits the order was wrong and said "yeah, these are hot BBQ, not wild," when pointing to my new replacement.

    "No shit, Sherlock."

I was speaking about my previous order. He denies all responsibility. Honestly, I wouldn't have been mad if he at least took ownership and apologized. I would totally understand since it was such a busy night. However he gave my girlfriend and I attitude.

He said he comp'd the first order of wings (why would I pay for the two wild wings I ate that ruined my appetite) but didn't offer to comp my original 6 hot BBQ until I requested it. The manager eventually came out while I was talking to my server. It was awkward because we originally wanted to talk the manager, not our rude waiter, Rick. I told the manager that I've already talked to the waiter and eventually spoke to him alone. I got the mistake and original order comp'd.

It's not really about the money to me, its about the principle.

Great customer service embodies empathy, understanding, and a willingness to help. This location in West Covina has none of them. I've had one excellent server at this place that actually redeemed my faith (guy with a pony tail). The manager said he would talk to the waiter on how to "approach customers better."

It's not that hard to make someone feel comfortable and less heated (metaphorically & literally in my case) about a mistake. I hope the servers here will learn to let go of their ego and get it together. I won't be returning here any time soon.

Thank you for taking the time to read this! I hope anyone who goes here doesn't experience what I have.

I'll start by saying I've been here a few times & I've tried to give it a chance but it has utterly failed.

Last Tuesday I was due to meet a friend here around 10:30 pm, it was CLOSED. I don't know if for good or something just happened that day but it was completely dead no doubt about it.

First week of August I met a few friends to celebrate a birthday...Service was HORRIBLE. I was there for 2-3 hours and within that time frame the waiter came to our table ONCE on his own without being flagged down.

When the restaurant first opened I went with my family, large party so you think we'd get extra attention. Not at all... They got my sister's order completely wrong. They did not rush to bring it, she waited an extra 30 minutes longer than the rest of us & when it came IT WAS COLD. We asked for a manager who was not helpful at all. Because it was such a large party a nice tip was already included.

The food at Buffalo Wild Wings is good, not incredible but it's American and hits the spot when in the mood. I do like BWW, but the service at this particular restaurant does not compare to others & I would suggest another location.

The people who say this place is bad are just haters...

My New Castles are always cold.
My wings are tasty and hot.
My service has always been great, I left my iPhone and it was there waiting for me a day later.  Talk about honest.

The servers are good hearted and friendly.

Love this place... Too bad its not a little closer to my house.

Perfect atmosphere to hang out and watch sports. *NOTE* During big games you better come early becasue nobody moves! For really big events they even go as far as seling seats in the bar.

They have a decent number of beers and an even better selection of wing flavors and rubs.

Wings are always good and the potato wedges (add cheese) are a must as well.

It's really busy on 65 cent wing Tuesdays. I guess they raised their prices from 55 cents to 65 now.  Waiting for a seat can get long, but if you are lucky you can grab a seat at the bar pretty quickly.

I like the Asian Zing and Mango Habenero, both have a decent kick, so if you can't handle heat then try the Honey BBQ. Enjoy a beer and an appetizer because everyone orders wings and it takes 15-20 mins before the wings come out.

I like BWW wings above all the wing places like Wing Stop, Alondra's and Hooters.

I can usually kill 12 wings in one sitting, and the wings are even good cold the next day!

The parking lot is small, I got here around 7:30 and got lucky to snag a parking spot. BWW is in a plaza sharing the parking lot with a few other restaurants in the plaza.

Service sucks even when I get to go... I swear if the food wasn't so delicious, I would stop going here.

when my order was ready the person doing take out doesn't even call my name. The order was wrong too, asked for a basket of onion rings and they gave me a regular order. He even tried to correct me and say that was a basket... Wtf I come here all the time, I think I know when I see it.

Next time I go to a bww if I get poor service, I'm done with this place.

I think there was some sort of miscommunication between the staff at this location.  Went here on a Friday night around 11pm and it was semi-crowded. I asked the host if happy hour was going on and he replied "Yes." When our server came, we double checked if it was happy hour and she said it wasn't. Umm, what? Please get your information straight.

Our server was all right. Since it was a busy night and our orders were taking longer than usual, she kept commenting on how it will be out soon.  It was a bit tough to get attention since she was moving all over the place but she gave us enough attention.

Food-wise, the mango habanero boneless chicken wings pack quite the punch. The website does say: "Lightly breaded," but it's not.  It was heavily breaded and the chicken lost its moisture.  I wish I tasted the mango flavor more but the habanero overpowered everything.

I also tried the spicy garlic boneless chicken wings. Quite the opposite of the mango habanero.  It was not spicy at all and mediocre at best.  Again, it was dry.  Maybe we should get the wings with the bones since that does retain moisture more.  I like how the boneless had a good crunch but flavors were overpowering each other.

I may give this place a try again...

I've always past by this place a couple of times, so I've decided to try it.

The environment setting was great, it's very homey. This type of place isn't really good for kids to be running around.

We ordered a few of their tropical drinks, it was way too sweet! Just water it down and you'd be fine. We would get a refill but they always brought the wrong combinations of flavors, it happened 3 times! We didn't care much of it, but it was something to take note.

Ordering 50 pieces of wings for 4 people. You get 5 different flavors. We got the traditional medium hot wings, mango habanero, asian zing, carribean jerk, and chipotle bbq. We also ordered a side of fries as well.

I wasn't too fond of the sauces, but I was amazed how the dry-rubs were very delicious. Personally, I didn't enjoy this experience on the food.

Customer service was great, besides the fact they messed up the drinks order 3 times.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend coming to this location.

First time we tried this place. Later on a warm Saturday evening so my wife and I decided to dine outside. Big mistake. They were understaffed as our waitress was taking care of the entire patio. Also, they let people smoke out there even after I mentioned it to the waitress. Boo...

The food was ok. My wife didn't like the salad but the wings and bbq burger were good. Maybe order wings to go next time...

First of all, I LOVE Baffalo Wald Wangs. This chain is better than Wingstop and Hooters, IMO. The sauces are saucy, dips are perfect, and fried pickles and/or potato wedges with cheeeeese. Mm....(I think I just realized that I only write Yelp review when I'm hungry, but that's another deal).

On the other hand, the service at this particular BWW isn't really that great. I only come to this one when I'm in the area, and I definitely prefer the one in Brea. Delicious food though, no doubt about it!

Went here for happy hour on a Friday afternoon.  The bar was pretty busy with people kicking off their weekend the right way.  We immediately found a seat and were greeted by the waiter for our drink order.  We opted for a new beer they had on tap called Leinenkugels ($5.25)....and a Jack and coke while we scanned the hapy hour specials.

The happy hour menu consisted of your typical bar items such as nachos, fries, onions rings, fried pickles, and a house salad from what I can recall.  Each item was about $3.00 a piece and I think the happy hour drink specials were $3.50 for domestic beers and $3.50 for well drinks (Don't quote me on that though).  The beer and the Jack and Coke arrived shortly after placing the order at which time the waiter took down our order.  I took a sip of my Jack and Coke and noticed that it tasted water down or it was more of a Coke minus the Jack.  Oh well what can you expect for $3.50 I guess.  I ended up getting a Leinenkugel beer instead of another happy hour Coke.

I opted for the six piece traditional wings parmesan garlic style ($5.69) with a side of fries while my friend opted for a house salad. The food came out shortly after and the food was pretty good.  The wings had a lot of flavor to them and they were not made from infant chickens.  The beer was nice and cold which complimented the food.  I've never had that beer before and I was quite impressed with the flavor.

Overall the experiece was good.  Great service, cold beer, tasty wings for just under $28.00 without tip.  They could've potentially earned the right to a five star if my Jack and Coke actually had Jack in it.

Went here with a friend for lunch and I must say, the food was pretty good! There were plenty of flavors for the wings to choose from and they have more options than Wingstop.  I ended up getting the salt and vinegar wings while my friend ordered the Cajun chicken strips.  We both shared a platter of fries and we can get them seasoned with any dry seasoning; we ended up with Cajun.  Again, there was just so many options to choose from and it almost seemed overwhelming.  They served things from sandwiches to flatbreads, burgers to salads, and you definitely have your wings.

The only thing that skewed my impression of this place was its SLOW service.  The waitress kept telling us she'd come back to take our order but she never did but before she even told us, we were ready to tell her what we wanted.  We ended up waiting for several minutes for her to show up again and the place was practically empty.  I think it took us over 10 minutes to FINALLY place an order.  Also, the manager didn't seem friendly and just had a sourpuss face the whole time he welcomed people in.  He should be so lucky to have something to do instead of just standing there all day with no business. Or, he could get a new job...just sayin'.

Overall, I would go back to Buffalo Wild Wings again, but not at this location.

I don't get the 5 star. I am not usually a wing person, but for some reason it sounded good, and I remember seeing this place. Surely a place called "Buffalo Wild Wings" has to have good wings, yes? No.

First of all , they cost 1.00 EACH. There are a zillion different ways to get them (boneless, bone-full, sauces up the yin yang, dry spice, mild, med, hot... etc) The menu was so confusing.

I don't even remember which ones I ordered. I think they were the buffalo-style medium. They came and looked like they were boiled, then fried, then drizzled with an anemic-looking puke colored sauce. Gross.

First of all, for 1.00 EACH, I expected them to be BIG. These were tiny. Then, for a place specializing in wings, I figured they would be made to order. Wrong again, they came out so fast I imagine there's a bucket under a red light waiting to be sauced back there in the kitchen. They were not crispy on the outside or juicy or hot. They were barely warm.

And the flavor...let's say, completely lacking. They definitely tasted like they were boiled then drizzled with some bottled dressing.

I also had a salad which was HORRIBLE. The lettuce was limp and I found a slimy piece in there too. Uck. The ranch was not homemade.

The only up side of this place was the giant TVs with sports on, my son loved that. The server was very nice too. But I will not be back. Pizza Hut has better, fresher tasting wings.

This must be the hangout for the East SGV, blue-collar crowd.  There were so many people on a Friday afternoon.  We sat at the bar and drank our PBRs and ate 6 Salt & Vinegar wings.  The bartender was so friendly and the service was pretty good considering how busy he was.

I tried to play Texas Hold'em on the machine at the bar but I was dumb and didn't figure out that I was supposed to look at the big TV screens around the room to see who else was playing.

    GHETTO GHETTO GHETTO!!!!

I've heard of this place, but never got a chance to try it until recently and I can't believe I had a girls night out at this dump! *vomits*
Where is Wing Stop when I need one???

It's 10pm on a Thursday night and what the hell...?? it's packed up the ass! There's bodies at every corner and it's so stuffy! Plus, I was literally a minority there. It's all nice and dandy that they have tons and tons of TV's and flat screens, but it's like a high school hang out spot. We had to wait 15-20 minutes and there were already tons of people waiting. Geez...

Our server was a very nice and helpful girl, but because it was so damn busy, it took 15 minutes for her to come and take our drinks, 15 minutes for her to come back with it, 15 minutes until we get to order and 20 minutes until we get our food and another 15-20 minutes for our bill to come.
I had my own tab because everyone else wanted boneless chicken and margaritas. I had the 12 piece traditional wings with mild sauce and a Blue Moon. Yeaahh!!

Yes, the wings were nice and big, even bigger than Wing Stop, but it's totally drenched in sauce and the skin has no crunch to them. It tasted like ordinary wings. I could literally collect all the extra sauce and slurp it as a soup! Nothing special to me, guys. The mild flavor has a hint of a kick, but not spicy hot. (I still prefer Wing Stop's mild sauce and crunchy skin!)
The menu said that each order comes with carrots, celery and ranch dipping sauce, but when the order came out, she never brought it so I asked for it and she brought out one little tray for ALL seven girls to share. WTF??? Are you serious?? I can eat that whole plate myself! And the ranch dipping sauce came in a little cup that it's often hard to dip your meat in. By this time, I was ready to leave.

It didn't help that you sit really close to the table next to you and can hear EVERYONE'S conversation. And why must some of us endure horrible Spanish music?? Really? Even our server said she hated that crap! Hah!
Plus, some old fugly looking drunk kept roaming around the place and I can't believe the restaurant allowed it.
The only good thing that came out of it was the time with my girls and my tab of $15.

    Never again. Goodbye.
