  Yeah this place was pretty decent.  Was it the best burger I've ever had?  No.  But it hit the spot.  I'd recommend making sure the burgers are juicy and delicious and not dry and overdone.  The flavors were well matched though. I'm not so sure folks in Irvine believe in mayonnaise and ketchup on their burgers?  Why?  This was the second place in town I've eaten at the doesn't use condiments on their burgers.  :(  And I have one more recommendation.  We live in the technology age where you can have a credit card reader on a smart phone.  Why aren't you taking advantage of this technology so your customers have some convenience to use their credit cards.  A lot of folks don't carry cash these days.  Just a couple thoughts to improve your cash flow.

  You have to try the chicken plank box.  If you like Texas toast, creamy coleslaw, chicken planks, and fries, you are in for a treat.  I've eaten here since I was a kid, and I've never had a bad experience.  They're usually pretty quick, and you just pull up to the "barn" and wait for your order.  Haven't tried the shakes lately, but from what I can remember, they're thick, cold, and delicious.  Had to drop one star because they do not accept credit.

  It was so nice to be able to not stop at a franchise restaurant. We walked up to the order window, and the ladies serving us were very pleasant. The soft serve was just good. It wasn't the custard type soft serve I am used to from back home in Upstate New York, but the burgers were juicy, the fries piping hot and the milk shake thick and delicious.
  
  Make sure you have your cash handy because this place IS WORTH not having the convenience of paying with debit or credit!
