Burger King Restaurants

We were craving fries. After eating organic food for several months, we noticed how oily fries can be from fast food restaurants :)~ I think not...

Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly.

Its a burger king.  It's a little on the slow side.
Drive thru seems to be their downfall. Many times i have to go back in to get something they forgot to put in my bag.
Just as good as any other BK.

This Burger King screws up my food order about 90% of the time. It is so irritating. I recently ordered apple slices in the drive thru and instead got apple pie. I am trying to lose weight and eat healthy. The least thing I want is apple pie at this time. I contacted Burger King through email and got a generic response. I made it clear in my email that I was eating healthy and did not like getting the apple pie instead.

Later, I got a letter from Burger King headquarters that was equally generic. It included a coupon for a free whopper! Did they even read my complaint?!? I doubt it. As I did not want apple pie due to its high calories, fat and sugar content, the same would go for those Whopper burgers. This was so insensitive.

On a different time, I order apple slices and I never got them even though I paid for them!  Then today, I ordered apple slices and even asked the lady at the counter to confirm that the apple slices were ordered and she said yes they were in the order. Well, when I got my family's meal, not only were the apple slices were not in the bag but also the receipt showed that the apple slices were not listed on the order! This really is an example of miscommunication as well as pure stupidity.  What kind of people does Burger King hire?!? I wonder.   But these are just three episodes of Burger King screwing with my order, there are many more. As a customer, I pay good money for what I expect to get. I should get what I paid for. Seriously, fast food restaurants should be held accountable for food orders that are screwed up. I am fed up!  

One more thing, today there were no straws available for the drinks! That is the  most ridiculous thing I ever heard.  This Burger King really tests my patience!!!
