Buttercup is in the space that used to be the Slowdown Cafe.  They are open Thursday- Sunday.  They have  a rather eclectic menu which changes from week to week.  There is a lot of comfort food one the menu, such as chicken parmigiana, and bahn mi sandwiches.  Things are reasonably priced.  The chef's pancakes are not as good as that by the chef from Slowdown, but he is more personable.
