After spending three hours of my time gambling with my girlfriend at nighttime. I decided to head to my car and take a nap and wait for my girlfriend to be done with gambling. And head to the car so we can head back to the Bay Area. After sleeping for an hour and half the cops and security showed up and harass me about someone seeing  me doing drugs. I was really tired and sleepy, 15 min after the yolo  County Sheriff handcuffs  and put me back of the squad car for 30 min. until my girlfriend came out from gambling. While I was detained the officers decided to search by vehicle and well searching the vehicle one of them  grabbed one of my girlfriend cigarettes and smoked it in the car. I dropped Rachel profiled, uncomfortable and harass by these officers are supposed and serve our communities. I'm never coming back here again.

Okay, okay this casino is definitely nothing like Vegas casinos(duh!).. But like any casino you have a chance of winning some money like my boyfriend did, $700 bucks to be exact.

The casino itself is an okay size . Plenty of slot machines, tables and a couple restaurants.

Majority of the slot machines are old. Not much bells and whistles. They are the ones that don't get very exciting or even give you some hope of winning. I go into casinos pretty much knowing I'm going to give up some money, but at least give me some entertainment while I'm at it. There are a few updated ones, but they are occupied most of the time.

A lot of the tables weren't open and the ones that were get crowded. I would have liked to play roulette but not when its hard to even find a spot to place your chips on the table. Not a place for beginners like me.

I joined the Cache Club because it came with a $25 credit for restaurants and the gift shop. We used the credit for the buffet. Glad we didn't pay for it. They offer a variety of food but most of it is bland.

Good place to play slots and Texas Hold-Em.  I wish they had more traditional slots rather than the new style (dozens of lines and weird icons).  Get here early to avoid the rush and lines.  Buffett is really good too.

Came in here with my 21 month old daughter with my parents. Realized there is NO KIDS area and on top of that, there isn't a smoke free area to chill at. I was highly disappointed in my experience as a mother here. Go to Red Hawk because they are family friendly over there!!

POKER ROOM:  Terrible Poker Staff. I feel they are "casino people" and not poker people. Slow dealers, and bad game structures. Just an odd feel to the whole thing. However, the cash games are full of Fish, so it is quite lucrative to sit and pounce. Really, they might be the worst poker players I have ever seen. And with capped cash games, if you're playing correctly, you should be able to do well. I hate the room, but the Fish keep me intrigued.

I'm a fan.  A couple of things I don't like.  I can NEVER get a room.  Not even trying to book 2 months in advance.  Isn't this a hotel/resort?  I had to get a hotel in Vacaville, which is 1/2 way home for me.  I didn't want to go to a concert and then try to drive in the middle of the night.  Would love to have stayed in a room and haven't figured out the trick to get a room.  I've talked to several people that tried to book 6 months in advance and were told no rooms were available every time.  Are they only for big players or the bus tours?  Kookoo.

The cigarette smoke is nauseous and it gets crowded on the weekends.

Other than that, I love the atmosphere.  The decorators did a great job!  The employees are nice.  The food in the restaurant is cafeteria quality, but I came to gamble and go to a concert so okay to eat what the served.

I did go to the spa once.  LOVED IT!  The pool area is very nice.

It is impossible to win here. They overbook bus trips, and do not regulate their traffic flow.

Let me make this quick and easy... Place is great, very clean and accommodating with guest.  I love their fitness center but I cant believe you cannot use the steam room without making an appointment.  I guess all the money that my parents and relatives is not enough to have a free steam room (lol).   I gave them a 3 star because of that and the room setup.   I cant believe they dont have a lock at the sliding door to have a private shower.  Something to consider about with your builders... thats all i said my peace

Weird people all over in this casino, nothing like you will see in Vegas or Tahoe where people could have fun while gambling or having a drink at the bar. This is where you will find desperate people looking to win a 100 bucks for the night, I mean it's scary. Forget winning anything by the way. I have been to this place when it was a hangar and at least at that time you could see people winning jackpots from time to time, you'll see the cash being given to winners at the slot machines or you will see lines at the cashier as people were at least winning something. Now that it is a big resort with a hotel and spa, forget it, the house will always win. What a waist of time and money. I will never go back there.

Came here for my 21st Birthday and see if I could win any money. It was my dads idea cause he got this vaulter card that if you sign up to there Cache Club, my dad gets $25 play for Match Game (assuming Card table games), $25 Slots, and $25 on the Restaurant. At first I wanted to make sure it was legit because we were driving all the way from Concord and even though It's nice drive, It's a LONG drive.

When we got there we parked at the parking lot which takes you to the casino you just go down to the first floor (C) and when we got there, it was so much upgraded than what I experienced when I was little. It's been a while since I went here and It looked nice. Valet parking, costumer service, gift shop, lobby for the hotel, and of course the casino area.

Casino was so colorful with lights and so much people playing on the slots and also the sounds. When you entered the casino, at your right is the Cache Club payment area, so we stood in line and waited to get a chance to see what the card is. Its a bit confusing how the card is used for, but the guy that helped us offered us different ways to win something. like there was a raffle drawing at 4pm to win $10,000 and for additional cache club members would pay $25 for restaurant/gasoline/gift shop use and NOT for slots or card games. We had so much on our hands that we didn't use a lot.

I did have Jayden which he is now 6 months and I know he's not allowed on the floor so we asked where he can go. So minors can go around the restaurant/gift shop/lobby area - Not the middle where the slots are around. So my dad and my mom took turns taking care of Jayden while I try to figure out how to do the slots.

Slots are confusing at first, but we asked someone how to play and I figured it out. I got $25 out of it. Which was good. I can see how it's a bit addicting, but my parents told me how to watch out and how I can win without losing so much. Oh, there are a smoking area and a non smoking area. I went to the non-smoking, but you can still smell smoke or mists.

We went to eat at this restaurant called Chang Shou. There menu selections are pretty good. Got adobo, broccoli beef, and pho. Pretty good food. But it took mostly all our money from our card and made us not spend much more on the slots as much as we wanted to.

Overall, good place to get away. I've been taking care of Jayden for the past month that it was good going out and experience new things.

We saw DL Hughley Saturday night at Cache Creek.  First, DL Hughley was incredibly funny.  I've never laughed so hard in my life, literally had tears from laughing so hard.

Now on to venue at Cache Creek.  Definitely buy your tickets early and get the more expenisive tickets or a booth.  The view was OK from the back of the room.  You can see but you have to look around the heads in front of you.  There are also big screens on the side of the room.   The chairs in the back of the room are horrible.  They are hooked together and the rows so close that even me at 5' tall, barely had leg room.  Luckily, we were in the last row, so we unhooked the chairs and moved them apart and back a bit.  The chairs themselves are the type you find at hotel wedding, very stiff and hard.  The more expensive seats at the front and in the booths are padded.  Definitely get your tickets early and pay the extra to be comfortable.

Next, the casino - don't go on Saturday night!  We've only gone during the week and during the day on Saturday.  The casino was CROWDED on Saturday night.  The cigarette smoke was so thick you could see it floating in the air.  The old ladies are even more ruthless at night, or maybe there are just more of them. They'll knock you over to get to a machine.  Plus, they play multiple machines or will sit in front of one, not playing, to save it for someone else.  I didn't think this was allowed when the casino was busy.

The buffet is not worth the price.  We used our Cache Creek cards to get a $12.00 discount and still paid $27.00.  The food is cafeteria quality.  The other restaurants serve Asian food.  There is a steak house but it's on the $$$ side.  The remaining restaurants, a deli and south of the border type, do not have waiter service.

This is a nice casino that is quick to get to from the Bay Area.  The air quality is decent considering they do allow smoking in this casino.  The casino itself is modern and comfortable.  The Chang Shou Restaurant is terrific.  Excellent food, service, cleanliness, and the air quality is excellent even though it is directly attached to the casino.  I consider this the best indian gaming casino in the area.  We went on a Sunday afternoon and left by 5:30pm.  It was busy, but I never felt that it was too busy.

I went to Cache Creek for the first time and I had fun.  I ate at the buffet, which was average good, like most buffets.  I played slots and craps.  Their craps is the California Craps version.  That was interesting but fun.  All the same rules but it is played with dice and 2 cards.  The higher dice determines which card (red or blue) and that is the number.  It's like a 2 step process.  The table is standard size and I heard that Thunder Valley has the same game but smaller table.  I don't know about y'all, but I love rolling the dice down the long table.  The alcohol was average price and the rooms are very nice.  Room Service food was top notch.  I had their crab and salad.  YUM!  I look forward to going again.
I went on a Monday so it was not crowded and it did not have heavy smokey clouds. Oh and I won decently.  But I never blame casinos for loosing.  It's all about your focus and getting a feel for the table that pulls you in.

Yet another review! I came back again. Place is definitely less crowded on weekdays and super crowded on the weekends. I did come back another time, but I didn't get to review it.

Where to start?! I came back a couple weeks ago for the weekend to try to win a car for the drawing since my friend's dad was talking him up to it. Funny that he did because his dad got picked for the drawing as one of the four contestants that could win the red or black dodge dart car. Instead of being that lucky winner of the car, his dad was one of the other three hand picked winners who received $500. Better than a lottery winning, yeah? You would think since the chances are better. We left San Jose about 4pm to get there around 5pm to enter ourselves in the drawing, which meant we had 2 hours to kill before the 7pm drawing! Super exciting and gets overly crowded where you cannot budge when it gets closer to drawing time. Not recommended if you are claustrophobic. Around the stage where they announce the names of the four winners, you can feel the excitement and see people rush to insert their tickets into the raffle. We occupied our time on the quarter wheel of fortune machines. Of course, we didn't win, but definitely a fun experience. Also, the other promotion is getting you to stay until midnight. How is that you might ask? The last drawing for the night wins $1,000, only if you stay.

Third time this month, believe it? Yeah, not a fan of losing money or gambling, but surely the rush of anticipation or winning something big is a reason to come back! We came around 1pm on a Thursday and it was not crowded at all. Looked like we were going to lose big time. When it's not crowded, my theory is that we will lose. Haha. Why? Because the casino isn't making enough money so the people who come will lose and the more crowded, the more people lose, but higher chances of winning. Anyhow, we went straight for the quarter wheel of fortune then realized we were hungry.

We ate at the Canyon Cafe inside the casino. (You can read about they review on the actual restaurant on Yelp since I checked in on there).

Finally, my friend and I found that we were both at a loss. $200 each; therefore, $400 loss. Boo freaking hoo! We decided to leave then looked at the time as we reached the parking lot. Yes, we were pulled by the centrifugal force. We decided to get more money and play another $100 each because we would hit traffic if we left early. Yeah, we lost another $200 on this 5x / 10x machine that played $2 max bet. I don't know what the machine is called. You just gotta know when to stop and not be greedy.

Well, I told my friend I wanted to get ice cream before we left so we went to Sweet Etc. (check the restaurant Yelp for review). As we passed this machine, I told my friend I've never played that, but it looks like you can win and get spins. I tend to like machines that have spins because I think that it'll give you more back. Don't know what the machine is called though, but my friend said, "Let's play! We both get $20 each." I shook my head and I went with it. I lost immediately and I went to order our desserts. My friend, on the other hand, got lucky and won $75. Still not breaking our loss, but I said, "Stop, let's go!" His suggestion was to play the rest on the dollar wheel of fortune. He ended up getting a spin, I spun the wheel and we hit $500. Left with $540, which is $100 loss for us.. Less than before. Good day!

Came here with my cousins for some R&R since driving to Reno went to the shits. One of my cousins ate something bad, so we came here so he could use the can for a few hours. The rest of us went to go gamble away our disappointment.

Its interesting to see so many college kids here during their spring break with their friends or significant others attempting to win it big so they can pay off their college dues or frat & sorority fees.

Food at Chang Shou was alright. Service is fast an you can use your dine-in money too.

Staff here alright. Some seemed disgruntled like they were having a bad day, so it was whatever to me. Others seemed content, so I was all for it. Do your job to make ends meet ha...

I'm glad the Black Jack tables were semi-crowded because on Fridays and through out the weekends, those tables are jam packed. That's the fun of taking chances I guess.

Perhaps that's why Cache Creek Casino is located in You Only Live Once (YOLO) county?

It is about an hours drive from Sacramento, but they have a promotion going on that when you sign up for their players card, you get $25 dining/gas credit.  You can use this credit only on food, hotel or gas at their gas station.  WHAT A DEAL!!   The casino was really nice.  Both my boyfriend and I were impressed.  It was really large and had lots of eating options.  We chose to eat at the buffet on Friday night.  It was $9.99 with the players card and we both thought it was really good.  They had lots of different options: Italian, mexican, american, chinese....lots of salad toppings and cold salads to choose from.  Everything was fresh.  They cook their pizza in the stone oven, and it was DELICIOUS!   We gambled $20, but got free dinner for two PLUS put the remaining amount of $30 into the gas tank.  It was a fun time and we will definitely return!

Stayed for one night to see a show.  We don't gamble.  Two couples.

Nice drive with gorgeous scenery in the Spring.  Had dinner at C2 steakhouse.  One had steak, said it was great.  One had salmon, same opinion.  I had the crab cake and shrimp/crab salad, salad gets a 5, crab cake a 4 (I don't like breading on my crab cakes). One had the "crispy duck," which was not crispy, and just OK - a lot of fat which would have been ok if it had been crispy. Caesar salad, wedge salad and seafood soup were excellent.  Chocolate cake and tiramisu excellent.

With 4 glasses of wine and two mojitos our total dinner tab was $256 for four people.  The casino had a promotion where we each received $25 to spend on anything but tips or alcohol, so that brought the dinner  bill down $156.  Our server, Sweta, was fabulous so she got a pretty good tip, based of course on the $256.  I think that restaurant was the only quiet restaurant in the casino, plus it was closed off from the smoke and noise of the casino itself.

Our rooms were extremely nice, and very clean and quite expensive.  Just shy of $300 per room for the one night. They were the only rooms available during the 10 weeks prior to our stay.  I checked several times per week.

The smoking situation in casinos ruins everything, especially since the hotels insist on forcing you to traipse through the casino proper to get to the elevators to the rooms.  The smoke at times made my eyes water.  Show was great and not expensive.  Next time we'll go for the show and eat in Winters instead of the casino.

We would go here again if someone we really wanted to see was performing.  By the way, visibility in the show room is poor since the seating is all individual chairs, such as would be used at a dining table, and the floor is essentially flat. I think there is one step up for each of the various sections, which does not even help you to see over the heads in the back of the section in front of you if you are in the front row of a section.  There are two large video screens which made it possible to actually see the performers.  Otherwise, unless you score seats on the bottom level where you look up to the stage, or at the very front row of the other sections, don't expect to see much.

The WiFi connection is worthless in the rooms and in the restaurants.

Came here on Saturday, and yea, no matter where you're coming from its going to be a trek. I think that's why, on arrival, you'll learn that you sign up for a player's card, that, while it collects very meager point (you have to spend $500 to get one dollar value points on your card), they give you a $25 free dining credit (which also may be used in gift shops and on GAS!). Cache Creek also attracts some nostalgic artistry at its grounds, such as MC Hammer and ethnic appropriate pop stars. We were here to play blackjack and Deal or No Deal, and were a lot more successful on the latter.
I've yet to see what the hotel rooms look like but most allege they are overpriced and highly unavailable. I can see how it'd be attractive to stay there due to the at least 2 hour rive it takes to get here from the bay area.
Various dining options available, but unfortunately, the food may be hit or miss unless you really pay some real money. Ample bathrooms throughout the casino.
I just wish Cache Creek had a more divided up casino; the one big room thing could be improved on. But either way, its a whale of a time to be had, and that $25 credit is a great promotion!

This place has more winners than I have ever seen in my life in one night in a casino...seriously i'm not joking. Was just here over the weekend and saw 6-7 hand pays! Only one came from the high limit room mind you. That being said...I've never won here haha, but that's just my luck because everyone else is making a living off this place. On Saturdays this place is packed to the max! You will have to get on any tables/slots are available. Sucks but unless you want to wait all day then you just have to roll with it. This place used to have the most garbage buffet but they have stepped it up big time this year. Fried Shrimp was so on point. Pretty damn smoky in here, but what do you expect...this is a casino and casinos attract smokers for some reason and always have.

I'm from Sacramento, but this has always just seemed like more of a bay area type casino to me. When I think Sac area I generally think Thunder valley and red hawk. If you are coming from Sac then you most def want to get a hotel room if you have a free room offer. Overall this place aint bad. They always have the best music playing and top of the line famous musicians coming to town. I used to hate this place but learning to love it. Still think Thunder Valley is the best Northern Cal casino though. Barona is probably the best in the entire state.

I like to gamble, plain and simple, Cache Creek has been my go to for sometime now.  Seems to be that I've been having some bad luck the last couple of visits, or they tightened up their slots.  Either way this place offers all your casino needs. Not to hard to get to.  I have had no issue with booking a room, I've been in a suite and a regular room, the suite was awesome and I really regret not trying out the bath tub.  The beds on the other hand meh...to firm for my liking, they just felt cheap and thin and stiff.

So it was very late night and my husband and I wanted to get some food.  Noting was open except the Deli section .  We ordered the special Ruben sandwich with fries and a drink.  The food was good, but I wanted to let everyone know about this worker, his name is Mumtaz.  He was bussing tables, talking to customers, handing us napkins and utensils, he also handed out condiments to each table!  Wow, I was shocked and very impressed.  This guys loves his job and is very good at it.  You do not expect this type of service here, but he made my visit EXTRAORDINARY!  WOW you have you come visit this guy for your self!  He even let me take his picture and we left him a tip!

We came again on a Saturday night. Sent me free 4000pts in the mail! Good excuse! lol

    - $1 free slot play for every 500 pts
    - Free concert before 8pm! Hooked it up with $10 free slot play just to watch. Plus, we got to see mo-town legends, chaka khan, and stevie wonder! totally awesome!
    - It gets seriously busy after 10pm. It was difficult to find a seat for $10 blackjack.
    - They still had a $5 casino war after 10pm! nice.
    - Lao is a really funny dealer. He really wants us to win :)
    - 2x bonus+bar+bar = $40! So cool off of free slot play!
    - Keep the mail coming for more bonuses please!
    - Ate at Chang Shou, a whole lot better. quick service. no hassle except you can't order soup to-go and use your free dine-in money.
    - You can use the free $25 for gas now, but who wants to do that?! lame..oh well, nice option!

Cache Creek is a slightly more old-fashioned casino compared to Red Hawk and Thunder Valley.  I come here quite about twice a month with my dad because he likes to gamble!  The casino itself is fairly big, with a wide variety of slot machines and table games.  Their poker room needs some renovation.  It seems so plain and boring.  The restrooms are well kept, since there is a restroom attendant usually always cleaning something in there.  The membership rewards program they offer is pretty legit.  They have raffles, and the points can be redeemed for dining credit and other gift shop purchases.  This casino, like most tend to make my eyes dry because there is so much smoke in the air.

On busy days, it can be such a pain finding a machine because a lot of people will play two machines (those degenerates).  I have won a few minor jackpots here from the slot machines.  I think the most I won from a single spin was $700 from the Wheel of Fortune one line, right outside the buffet.

I stick mainly to 2-4 no limit hold em, unless there are no tables open.  In that case, I play blackjack and slots.  The table games are pretty easy with loose aggressive regulars.  You just have to be tight aggressive to win.  The dealers are friendly, tossing in a few jokes here and there.  The most I have won is $1,000 in about a 2.5 hour span.

All in all, I like this casino since it is probably the closest to San Francisco.  I will be coming back here!

So far, I'm up here.  lol  I actually like going here.....nice layout, clean facility, lots of $5 tables (I'm not a big gambler).  I love playing Craps (although they have Calilfornia Craps since dice games are not allowed in Cali), Ultimate Hold'em and Roulette.   I have not won on the slots here, and they don't have the usual few 1cent machines I like playing on.

Food is actually not bad at the Canyon Cafe, and they have Filipino breakfast (goes to show how much Filipinos gamble)!  They also host lots of great live entertainment, many big name artists of the past.

Overall, great fun place to go.  I always think of trying to stay overnight, but their hotel rates are pretty pricey.  Better so stay in the next town for cheaper.

I haven't found any nice casino since I moved to Nor. Cal and this one is not bad. Great and clean environment.

I don't really gamble so everytime I go for Casino with friends or family I am going for food. The restaurants inside all have pretty decent quality food compare to many other local casinos. (Well, please do not compare the ones in Vegas)

I was holding out on writing a review on Cache Creek, cause I really never had good luck or spent too much time there, due to limited amount of new slot machines that are guaranteed to pay off a lot.  The older ones don't give you much of a chance to become rich if you hit a jackpot.  I found just a few of my favorite slot machines that I play at Thunder Valley and Red Hawk and found I had the same success at Cache Creek that I do at the competition on those same machines!

Now on to the food.....  The buffet tonight was a great bargain at $9.99, which was comped because of saved up VIP points, and the food was excellent, but service sucked as I was there for about over an hour and never even received one refill from the waitress, nor did she clear my table when I was done with dishes.  Seems like the "regulars" get better treatment than everyone else, though we spend our money at that resort too.

Restrooms were clean, ventilation needs to be upgraded, pan handlers were circulating around the casino though, but security is never around when they start begging and I felt sorry for some senior citizens, patrons and children as they were clearly suffering from discomfort due to the 2nd hand smoke.....

All in all, a great resort and I hope to stay in the hotel to see if it's really worth it.

    I'm not a fan!
    Why?
Here are some of my answers

    It stinks inside!
I see a lot of old folks looks so depress
The food there always taste like it was made a week ago
Nobody likes to see the machine takes all your money
This is where you get pimples, not cool man!

Every six month couple of my buddies loves to drive at this place. We all take turn to drive and pitch in for gas so it's all good and fun. I think this year will be my last, I dislike leaving empty wallet and tummy. Oh yeah, it's a two hour drive!!! Maybe when the gas go down to $3.00 I can't wait to see them stinky old folks.

Note that I didn't say much about the place because the only reason why I'm there is to gamble my lunch/dinner money.

The only other comparable Indian casino I had been to with similar grandeur was Mohegan & Sun in CT.  Cache Creek isn't quite that large, but it comes close to the idea with several different restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, bustling game tables, plenty of machines including the infamous Wheel of Fortune, Club 88 which sometimes opens into the casino for live entertainment and hotel accommodations.  It definitely blows all the others out of the water.

It is well ventilated here, and there is some fun to be had but don't get too excited about having a "Vegas experience".  You're not going to get more than coffee, soda or water offered to you at the tables or machines and certainly not by some "hottie patottie" waitress.

There are some big names that come through here though for concert and comedy. I had the pleasure of splitting my sides to Cedric the Entertainer one evening.

This is the nicest little oasis of casino fun closest to the bay area without  having to driving home.

I come here at random if I'm feeling lucky or someone I know is going. I like this casino since I find it to be nicer and cleaner than the ones in Reno. The only bad thing is that everybody and their mother love to smoke here. I guess it's good for the smokers since they can get a high after the high, but I just don't like it.

The Casino: I like it because it is large and the workers are working constantly to maintain it. The bathrooms are super clean too. Every time I had (every 20 minutes. I drink lots of water). They have free valet parking and you have the option to tip them if you choose. They valet workers offer to wash your windshield for no extra charge. You should tip them if though.

The Restaurants: I've tried the buffet here and it is one of my favorites when it comes to casino buffets.  They have multiple food joints there too. The last time I went I tried Loco Express, some Mexican joint. The food was just OK. The burritos were cold and they heat them up in a heat lamp. The buffet though, that's a different story. The have omelet stations, sugar free pies and lots of options.

The Staff: The staff is ok. The dealers are nice but sometimes they just look like they hate their job. I say they should give them some stools to sit on or some tall chairs.

Am I going back: I sure am............. Well once I fill up my piggy bank again. They should have a smoke free area though.

Pretty clean and nice, not too smoky, and I noticed plenty of cheap blackjack tables! The buffet is nothing special but it does the trick.
This is the nicest casino around the Bay Area, definitely.
I had earned a few points during my visit and I used them to buy some lovely scented lotion in the gift shop.

YOLO county- How much better can it get being welcomed to a casino letting you know that's You Only Live Once so it's going to be okay if they siphon every bit of cash and loot that you own. With that comes good perks though, of course. The casino has it's own ground and the surrounding areas are all owned by Cache Creek, so everything is inter-related. It's actually nice because you can do everything and have everything in one place, almost as if the casino is its own town.

They offer a huge gas station and convince store- that carries EVERYTHING not to mention that ice cream there is super cheap. On the plus side, when you sign up to become a new Cache Creek member, you get 25 dollars worth of cache dollars on a card and can be used anywhere within the casino property. (The customer service tells you it's only for food, but it's anywhere and anything. I used my 25$ to pay for gas!) They also have a hotel as well as a gorgeous spa right before you hit the casino grounds.

Food variety is huge here, from your coffee shop cafe to little food stands to the super worth it buffet with decent food. You won't find yourself hungry here and the prices are mediocre. They even have boba (Asian Pearl Drinks!) The thing is here, the waitress don't come around offering you drinks, you literally have to flag them and order a drink if you want one so hustle hard.

There are machines everywhere, a center stage with live music surrounded by slot machines and right down the middle are endless tables of people gambling. It's covered with a cloud of smoke and the non-smoking section is ACTUALLY non-smoking! You don't smell the reek of the cancer-causing coughing smoke and can get though your slot machine play easily. The penny slots here are pretty popular, so you're going to have to snatch a chair as soon as you see one open because people dive for them as if they had free cash.

For all the deals and goodies, make sure to check out the website before hand. The drive from the Bay Area is pretty short and not that much traffic. They do have free wifi, so you youtube all the poker skills you need! There's an array of people that come and go, so don't worry about being singled out. The old, the young, the babies, the everybody comes here so pick up your keys and put the pedal to the medal for some holiday riches!

1st let me say... I am not much of a gambler. My boyfriend is & he always wins at Cache Creek on his favorite machine!!  I personally only go because he likes too & play to stay interested.  But I always break even... which is cool!!

So to make this place fun for me... I decided to explore. Starting with the food... Cache Creek has several restaurants. So far I've eaten at three of them & the food is good!! Especially the pool side food!! Nice place to enjoy your day & relax!!

Then there is the Spa ;-} OMG... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE SPA!!! The Spa is Cache Creek's best kept secret!! It is small, but has everything you need. With all the stone & wood decor... it really feels serine & peaceful. They have a Sauna, Steam Room &  Whirlpool. You can access the pool straight from the spa & as long as you book some sort of treatment you can hang out as long as you'd like. I went during the week, so there was no one else there!! we had the place all to ourselves. Love this place & since I live close... I will be back OFTEN!!  It's my new hideaway!!!!!

LOVE-THIS-PLACE. It's way better than Thunder Valley, in my opinion. This casino is clean, and the resort itself is very nice and new. My boyfriend and I usually will grab a drink and head to progressive slots. The dealers at the poker tables are very pleasant to talk to and play with. The waitresses are very quick to bring you your drinks and clear the ash trays. The only thing I disliked is you have to be at the high roller tables to have the cocktail waitresses bring you alcoholic beverages.
The food at the bar and grill in the casino is delicious. I personally recommend the cobb salad. In addition, we tried their lunch buffet which was pretty good.
If you intend on coming here frequently, I'd suggest getting the Cahce Creek club card. It's a free $25 towards food or the gas station- for those who have 1 1/2 hour drive there and back like myself.

Next I'll probably be reviewing the hotel itself since we have been discussing staying a weekend here. We've had some good times at this resort!

    Cough
    Cough
    Cough

I can't breathe....I need some fresh air. My clothes smells like an ashtray. I need to go outside to cleanse my lungs. They feel like they're suffocating.

While waiting outside, I noticed the security guards here are inconsistent. The Caucasian guard is only stopping Asian girls to check for their IDs. He lets everyone else in that looks borderline 21 except for the Asian girls. He must have Yellow Fever. He makes eye contact with me and gives me the evil eye. Dude, relax and keep checking on the Asian girls. The Middle Eastern-lookin guard doesn't even open the doors unlike his Caucasian counterpart. He stands in the corner and avoids eye contact with everyone. It almost appears that he's hiding in front.

They let drunk people in. I mean piss-drunk people that are staggering walking in. WTF?! Wouldn't you want to prevent these drunks from getting in in order to avoid problems? Then 5 security guards deal with a old, angry fart who says he knows the mayor and the owner. The old, angry fart hands his drink and eyeglass to one of the fat security guard that has a stomach hanging on the ground. He's huffing and puffing and looks like he's about to have a heart attack.

Old, angry fart tells them to "F*** Off" and continues to berate them. They tell the old, angry fart to leave and he walks away while exchanging pleasantries. The guards give each other a pat on their back for doing a good job. Ummmm, you better have someone follow him to make sure he leaves, but no one does it. They're too busy pumping each other up. They didn't think that the old fart would go around the other entrance and come back in. Sure enough they get another call.

    Security 101, idiots.

Why am I here? I blame the Wifey for dragging and tricking me here. She promised we'd only be here for an hour an a half. That hour and a half turned into 9 friggin hours.
