We ate upstairs and had the ranch hand burger, shepherds pie and Philly cheese steak respectively and they were bomb !!!!! We all tasted each other's food and agreed it was top notch. When we saw the gorgeous, unpretentiously elegant setting and linen table cloths, we thought it would be pricey but it was not at all. Â Max was our server and he was brilliant, not intrusively chatty, just pleasant and always there when you needed something.
I'll never eat anywhere else when we do our annual pilgrimage to Cambria
It took forever for them to get us our food. We ordered and it was a good 45 minutes before we received our food. Our waitress kept making excuses for it instead of just apologizing for the inconvenience. Â My dish was supposed to be a quarter rack of ribs and a quarter chicken, but ended up being 3 ribs and a piece of chicken with some vegetables and 15 sweet potato fries. It was tasty, but not worth $24. My mother's shrimp fettuccine was tasty, but a little small for $21. Overall, the food was tasty, but the service was overwhelmingly awful. I would not go back again.
