Camron's Clubhouse

Are you people crazy? I used to work at Club La Vela in Panama City, Florida and that was a REAL club! This is just some hole in the wall building that has a couple bars and dancefloor. Not only that but this is where people from the ghetto decide to party because it's so cheap. Did I mention people have gotten stabbed and shot here?!

Seriously, if you want a good time go to The Flying Shamrock  or Heroes. Or go to Greenville, NC or Raleigh, NC...there are way better places there where you won't die in the process.

Camron's is pretty much the only "club" in town. It's okay if you like loud smoky bars filled with lame leering guys and the occasional "butterface" girl. The requirements to be a bartender must have something to do with having a DD cup, lol.

First, take note that as I'm writing this review I'm comparing this bar/dance club to places in other towns.  From what I can gather, this is one of two bars with a dance floor in Goldsboro (not including stripper stages).  The place is 18+, cheap cover ($5 on weekends, free for military until 10:30 pm on Sat.), VERY smoky, and has relatively cheap drinks.  The DJ/music on the weekends is average, but they do have live local music on Thursday nights which can be way more fun.

The staff is pretty friendly, although I've seen a few instances in which bouncers have used excessive force on anyone having too good a time.  Drinks can be difficult for males to acquire at peak hours if they're not on a first-name basis with the staff.  If bathrooms are an issue to you, I'll only say one thing--don't poop here.

For Goldsboro, it's not a bad place.  Keep in mind that it is best experienced very drunk, and any night spent here can either turn out very good or very bad.  If you've never seen the place, it's worth a visit.
