Cape Cod Melody Tent

We had never heard of this Melody Tent- circus tent in Cape Cod hosting huge names in comedy & music fields. Seth Myers, Sinbad, Joan Rivers, etc.. Musicians - Josh Turner, Darius Rucker, Steve Miller, The Temptations, The Four Tops, etc.
Small, intimate setting. May get warm inside tent if its humid outside,so dress cool.
Easy, free parking.(Can't leave early. Park cars bumper to bumper so they can squeeze them all in).  
We had a great time. Loved it!

Went to see Ziggy Marley on June 30 th 2012 He was awesome the venue sucks with its stupid revolving stage . It was the workers screaming at people for smoking cigs outside the tent they shut beer stand off at 9:00 such nazi's . Its typical cape cod attitude they want your money but they don't want actually work for it I have not been to the cape in 20 years and it will be another 20 before I go back .

The Cape Cod Melody Tent is definitely the most unique concert venue I've ever been to.  I saw Adam Lambert perform here last summer.  We were in the second row and had a spectacular view, but I think the same can be said about most of the seats here.  The tent itself is about the size of a typical circus tent, so everyone is close enough to get a great view of the performers.  The stage is circular and rotates, so nobody is stuck watching the performers' backs the entire time, even though you inevitably will experience at least part of the concert this way.

The one small complaint that I have is that the staff working there wasn't very friendly or helpful.  There were different entrances depending on where your seats were, so there was some slight confusion on where we should be lining up.  When we asked an employee where we should go, she just kind of gestured one way and didn't really say anything.  Then while we were waiting in line, another employee tried to take away my digital camera, when everyone around me had cameras of the very same kind.  So that was a little frustrating, but it wasn't enough to ruin what was otherwise a really great time.
