Captain's Quarters now offers Live Band Karaoke on Thursdays! Â You can sing or jam with the band! Â Being a rock star for the evening is such a great stress reliever!
I had the good fortune to be accompanied by Reichlin Small (Big Rich). Â If you can get Big Rich to accompany you, please do so because he is awesome! Â Big Rich plays more instruments than you can count. Â Totally worth the trip if you are lucky enough to experience his musical genius in action.
Beware of the water, though. Â Burton's water source is of the well, therefore, not the best tasting if you are not used to the flavor associated with this water source. Â I choose safe, water-free options such as whiskey.
Eat prior to your visit because there are very limited food options. Â Nachos seemed to be the safest option for me since I am a vegetarian.
Captain's Quarters is a great venue for live music and traditional Karaoke. Â They also have WiFi for those who must always remain "connected".
