Decide to stop here for breakfast while making a cross country trip with my wife, baby and dog. The place may be a bit off the beaten track but that makes it that much better.
The food, service and scenic views were amazing. We were promptly greeted and sat at a table overlooking the gorgeous orchard and smokies. We had drinks and apple fritters on the table before we could even get the baby situated! The apple fritters were amazing! Had a great meal of French toast, eggs, ham and coffee. The bread for the French toast is homemade and don't think I've ever had better.
The apple fritters with homemade apple butter were delicious. So good, we ended up ordering a dozen to go.
The orchard also has a shop next door to buy other produce or jams to go.

I highly recommend this place. We ate at 20+ restaurants on our trip and this was the best breakfast by a long shot.

We were traveling to Nashville and it was time to grab some lunch. My wife and I are against eating fast food when we are traveling. We always like to try something new and usually have great experiences. We decided on Carvers Orchard and Apple House, the reviews on Yelp looked good.

It was a little further than we thought off the highway, but we decided to give it a try. We sat down and greeted quickly by our server. Our view over looked the orchard which was great. We needed a few minutes to look over the menu and our waitress came back with two small glasses of fresh squeezed apple cider and a basket of apple fritters with apple butter. That was a great surprise. The apple cider was out of this world and so were the fritters.

Our food arrived and was really good. I had the BBQ sandwich (BBQ apple sauce) and my wife had a vegetable plate. Mine was cooked perfect and the BBQ sauce was really good, a tangy flavor of apple, but also a hunt of BBQ. The vegetable plate was a hit too as all the vegetable were fresh and the bakes apples were awesome. They sure do know how to fix meals with apples!

As we left, we ended up going to their farmers market .We enjoyed the meal so much, we wanted to take some of it home with us - so we bought the apple cider and apple butter along with some fresh apples. They had other vegetable available too.

If you want to pay with a card, you have to bring the bill back to the restaurant and pay up there. Not a big deal, but if in a hurry, it's good to know.

it was out of our way, but worth it! We would come back again for sure. So, if yo have time, check them out, the food is hot and fresh with great service...you'll come back too.

    WOW!!!!

Finding this place was a huge plus to my vacation. After a day rafting in the area 2 of our guides recommended this place. I figure nice a place where the locals go. Boy were they right. I am not sure I will say enough good things about this place in the review.

A little out of the way and very scenic is how I would define the drive. Once in the restaurant a confused cashier asked us how was everything. I said I will tell you in a little bit. He then realized we had just walked in behind the line of people checking out. The waitress was pleasant and brought us some apple cider and some apple fritters with cranberry apple butter. I prob could have just eaten this for my whole meal. it was so good.

We ordered chicken pot pie and fried chicken respectively. Both were home made and delicious. They came with sides which for mine were apples, and mashed potatoes. All of this food was of the highest quality and freshly made. I am so glad we found this little out of the way piece of heaven in the form of an apple orchard.

This is a must do if you are in the area, rafting, or even in Gatlinburge/Pigeon Forge area. As well as one of the biggest highlights of my vacation in the Great Smoky Mountains.
