  Great atmosphere and a wonderful selection of wines and some speciality beers.  The owner Cathy is very pleasant and always willing to help select a wonderful wine.  Catbridge is a jewel in the heart of Antioch. If you have time I strongly recommend stopping by and having a glass.  :)

  "Cat', the owner, is definitely a lover of all things wine. Located in the quaint downtown area of Antioch, most may not otherwise try this small wine shop unless you frequent the other shops in the area or live in Antioch. I was skeptical at first because of its size. But, desperate to find a good "local" wine place where I could not only drink wine but also get good recommendations, I tried the place out.  I've obviously been proved wrong. Walls of carefully selected wine by Cat and her son represents quite the selection!  They have $10 wine tastings where you can taste about 7 different kinds of wine or monthly $25 wine tastings that focus on specific regions of the world. If you want to try out their wine bar, Cat will happily make recommendations based on what you tell her you like. If you come often enough, she gets to know your "likes" which is nice and something you miss from big box wine retailers or even similar small wine shops. Cat's working on a wine club so stay tuned. In the meantime, meet Cat and pick up some wine or even any of their cute wine gadgets for a wine-ista friend of yours.
