Mid-mannered neighborhood tap by day for the working class over 40 crowd. Superhero Rave/Dance Club by night for the 20-something crowd.
Dive-bar ish decor is downright shabby in some ways- high top tables in the bar area proper. Lots of TV's. 2 Pool tables and darts in the "annex" area.
Things to be aware of... Kitchen hours are erratic- if having something to eat with your beer (other than re-heated frozen personal pizza) is important to you, call ahead to see if there is a cook on duty. Parking is sparse, especially after 9 PM when there is a DJ. Tuesday is $1.25 domestic or $3.00 imported draft 16 ounce pints night (other specials on their website).
Their menu shows a $1.75 burger and a $2.00 cheeseburger; might be worth it to come back and try it out.
I was told there is a heated "smoking tent" out back but didn't confirm this.
Otherwise a solid dive-ey local place for quenching your thirst and later in the evening getting your freak on.
