The Chalet Restaurant

Checked into our hotel in Chemult, and began looking for a place to have dinner. Not too many to chose from, and most look run down on the outside. Went to the Chalet because a previous review. We were not disappointed. The restaurant looked much cleaner inside, and the staff was very friendly. We were greeted warmly, and seated quickly.  Once we ordered, our drinks and salad arrived quickly. We ordered the prime rib, with baked potato, corn on the cob, and garlic bread.   The prime rib was delicious, and cooked perfectly. We were very satisfied with everything in our meals.  We even got pie to go, we were too full to eat it there!  We look forward to going back for breakfast!

ate dinner here, stopped for the night.  great food and service.  comfort food, bar, we had martini, Manhattan, rib eye, chickenfried steak.  surprisingly good and will probably eat breakfast there also.
