There are not a lot of choices for drinking in Cottonwood, and I don't know how often Yelp readers will find themselves in Cottonwood. But that being said, this is a fun bar. It's also the only place that you can count on to be open past midnight any day of the week. it has a nice divey feel with a couple of pool tables and a variety of intersting clientele that make for an experience in itself. I have yet to go in to find the place empty.
They have a HUGE patio for smoking, watching TV, sitting around a fire or even play some horseshoes. I don't know how safe the combination of horseshoes and alcohol is, but I've made it out unscratched on several occasions. The crowd is always fun and lively. You may start out at another bar, but you'll be glad you wound up here after the other places have closed down.
