Chappie's

There's not much in Spencer, but there sure is Chapies.  Where can you get a full meal for only $5??  HERE!  It's also the place in Coal Country (central WV) to come for West Virginias popular Pepperoni Rolls.  They bake them themselves on site and are fresh.  You can also buy them in bulk.  Unfortunately, the day I visited they were all out so I was left to my last resort of going to the Go Mart gas station :(.  Next trip I'll make a stop here again.  They also sell cakes, pastries, and even alcohol in their adjacent liquor store.
