Chase's La Verne

I AM NEVER GOING BACK!!!
The second time I visited this restaurant I noticed that they had changed the menu. When I asked the chef/owner about it he insulted me. He told me that during my first visit at their restaurant I was so drunk and that I was wrong about the menu and then walked away! I was speechless. The first time I dined there I had only 1 glass of wine! And I do not get "too drunk" off of one glass of wine. Completely rude and unacceptable.
Also just to add... after my first visit I told myself I would never go there again because the food was lousy but my friend practical dragged me there and that's the only reason why I went back. Terrible service and awful food. I'm actually surprised they're still in business. And dont recommend this place.

We had our wedding at Chase's on June 8th! It was the perfect intimate setting for our 70 guests. The patio was set up beautifully with umbrellas and almost complete shade. The food was AMAZING! Chris, Jeff & Susan helped us plan our day every step of the way. If you love Chases for dinner or lunch, then you must keep them in mind for any private party or gathering you may be planning.

Went here for the first time a few days ago. Cute, quaint, way overpriced. The food from the dinner entree menu was overpriced and just good not really good. The pork chop was so spicy I couldn't eat it. (A little hot goes a long way guys).  The wine menu  was good and I think sitting on the patio for wine and cheese would be three stars. The help was polite and pleasant but where do they spend their time? We sat a half hour before our order was taken and then almost finished the meal before the wine arrived.  Anyway the wait staff seemed inexperienced at best. Won't go back for food...maybe for a glass of wine on the nice patio. Too bad....I was hoping it'd be great.
