Chicken & Fish To Go

I happened upon this place during my drive home last week. It is in the same building as a gas station. The man who owns it was by himself, and very friendly. He has a very small menu and says he often has some really fresh stuff from time to time. He makes almost everything himself, so I had to try the catfish. The catfish was done to perfection, seasoned and fried, not overdone. His collards were slightly above average and the potato salad was awesome! It looks like I will have to detour to this place again on my next trip south.
