  Go to this Chili's often. This place has gone down hill from what it used to be. I still go because the food is still decent. The service is up or down. sometimes you get a great server and sometimes you get a terrible server. The food is usually pretty consistent.

  Who put the new guy on?
  The new employees should not work on Fridays... They should work at Friday's... Ewww!
  
  We got this guy who had no clue about menu items.
  There was a bright spot, we got a girl who said she was our waitress when she brought our drinks.
  Then she never came back. WTF?
  The food was the same Chili's stuff you get anywhere prepared half heartedly by someone who didn't really care and served by the clueless.
  
  Too bad... I really used to like Chili's.
  
  They need undercover boss to go out and figure out where the problems are.

  Reviewing this even before I get my food.  Place so cold I can barely type. If you dare come here do not get seated near windows with air conditioner overhead. Now it is 35 degrees outside and I have the AC freezing my a$& off.
  
  The food better be damn good or this will drop to s one star.

  The service is horrible here but they have some things I can't get elsewhere so I do come back. One lunch service there was a huge wait and they had open tables. It was clear they needed more servers on duty. One guy was just standing around doing nothing when he could have helped the servers.
  
  Food always takes eons to come to the table. One night I ordered these tacos I really wanted to try but I got the wrong kind and didn't realize till I already ate some. I think they have the best soup and salad lunch combo though, and it can be endless. Best chicken tortilla soup and great salads!!

  Really?! You need a review of Chili's?! It's the same as everywhere I guess. This one seems pretty slow, though as far as Chili's go.

  I'm not a fan of chains, and this one is one of my least favorite of the bunch...
  
  but if you find yourself looking for queso, a burger, and a brownie for dessert, all served in mediocre surroundings...

  The barmaid working Tuesday night was too busy by half, and she deserved every cent of the large tip I left.  She ran drinks for the house and worked the bar, including dinner orders.  Good job.
  
  It's a Chili's.  It has Sam Adams.  It was Happy Hour.  Things never, not once, got out of control.  Jalapeno quesadillas... eh.  Unmemorable appetizer.  But four Sam's for the price of two, memorable.  And a barmaid doin' her damnedest to make it past the dinner rush.
