I just came from there and I ordered a margarita and pizza , while I was drinking my drink I found a fly  in it !! It was a dead fly ! It was disgusting!!! I told the bartender because I was basically throwing up ! And all she did was take the drink out my check . she didn't eve tell the manager until I told another worker there I found , and the manager came to our table and said "sorry about that, the reason the fly is there is because it's super hot outside and they sneak Inside, that's why we have traps for them everywhere" !!  That's what he said ! I was very upset I didn't even finish my food which I only had a few bites off! Never will we Go again ! Horrible service ! Bad manager ! I will tell my friends and workers never to come to this chili's ! They don't even try to make it better ! Other then taking it off the check ? Can't they give us a discount?!
Review Source:Mediocre food week with the in laws continues...at Chili's.
I had eaten at Chili's on a military base in Germany, only because after eating European food for almost 20 years, I wanted to experience American style dining again.
Yeah, not really, it was horrible, even then.
All the chain restaurants have the same menus over and over again, burgers, chicken, salads, the same greasy apps, the same premade taste.
For apps we had the pretzels and I got the new firegrilled corn salsa which did not show up until after my main meal and was just plain guac with a scoop of corn on top and some stale chips.
I was about to send it back, but being with the family, I had them box it up to go (in the trash at home)
They ordered steak and shrimp (from Chili's? No thanks...) and my husband fajitas which he said just were not good, the green peppers and onions were still pretty raw, the meat poor quality.
I had the salmon with broccoli and mac n cheese which I gave to my son.
Again, not great fish, cold lifeless sad looking broccoli.
Why these places get so full is beyond me, I can see paying good money for good food and good service, and I can see eating cheap fast food, why one pays good money for cheap food I will never understand.
Who doesn't want to venture out for happy hour from time to time? Compared to most bars that will overcharge you for watered down drinks and no food or appetizers to soak up all of your foolery, the husband and I opted for our neighborhood Chillis. No disappointment here! Love the margaritas! Full of flavor and that extra bit, just enough to leave you fat, full, happy, and slightly delirious from the buzz as you walk out the door. Rain on Happy Hour! Rain on!!!!
Review Source:I would give this place -100 rating.
ITS HORRIBLE! The service is very poor, they don't even know what customers are  in their restaurant, all the people working there are such scatter brains!  We had to wait for like 20 minutes in order to get service and then my hubby and I  walked right out , the server ran after us saying " Is something wrong?" she like walked out of her restaurant following us out the door.....lol we were like "no we'd rather go elsewhere"
In my earlier experience the food is cold! Â And you just feel....nasty....like you don't feel like its a classy clean place... I feel like bugs are crawling on me when I'm there.
The place is full of people that look like they have nothing to do/crawled outta bed and need a beer. People come in their pajamas... argh!!!!
If you wanna feel like grime... then go to chilis...
Please don't waste your time.
I came to this location on Sat with a party of 5 and it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
My husband and my brother split the 2 for $20 deal, they ordered the onion jalapaño appetizer and went with the classic bacon burger. The appetizer was just ok nothing extraordinary, just loaded with grease and soggy onions.
I ordered the Trio Appetizer and because our food was brought out an hour later; it was ice cold and to top it off; our waitress was nowhere to be found to send it back. Â I had to talk to the hostess about my issue who then sent the manager who apologized and offered free soup or salad; I declined so she gave my kids a free Chocolate sundae. Â In the time we were there, we had three different waiters; our original waitress i later saw walk out of the restroom ON HER PHONE so another guy brought out our food, after the complaint; a third waitress took care of giving us the bill and refilling drinks.
My husband and brother's burgers were also cold but they decided to eat it anyway because they didn't want to wait another hour for our food.
I hate to give such an awful review but I have a pretty extensive background in the restaurant business and they are just lacking. Not coming back.
This used to be one of my family's favorite spots. We dined here at least 3-4 times a month. But since they remodeled a few months ago, the food has taken a nosedive. Wish they hadn't changed the menu and their cooking methods. We've been disappointed by the food and by the service the past several times we've visited and we're about to give up completely. Too bad. Used to be a decent place to get consistently good food.
Review Source:Every time I come here with my family, it is always crowded with at least a 20 minute wait. There is a bar inside which is usually packed as well. Service is average to good. There isn't too much to say about this chain restaurant that has not already been said, but I would like to add that their online ordering menu is awesome. We typically order the black bean burger (yay for vegetarian options) with a side salad. You can customize everything online from choice of bun to omitting mustard to having extra lettuce. When we pick up the order, it's always been pretty accurate and fresh. 4 stars for the online ordering convenience.
Review Source:Really disappointed with my last visit here on Friday 3/1/13. Â Service was very good and friendly. Â However, the food was not good. Â Ordered the Two for $20 deal. Â We ordered the Fried Onion/Jalapeno Appetizer. Â It was very greasy and a bit soggy. Â My entree was the Chicken Crispers. Â They were so dried out I sent them back, ordering the 6 oz steak instead. Â The steak had a string of sinew in it so large I had to cut around it. Â My wife ordered the Chicken fajitas. Â The chicken was dry, but the peppers and onions were good.
The other disappointment was that although we were there for Happy Hour, we didn't get to order from the Happy Hour Menu because we were sitting in the dining room instead of the bar.
This makes two trips here in succession that the food has been poorly prepared. Â A third time will mean this place comes off my"go to" list.
If its your first time to eat here, it's worth a try however the menus doesnt evolve much so you're stuck with the same thing over and over. I used to enjoy fajita trio but now it tastes too salty. I would rather go to BJs. I like their location and ambiance but it can get loud during game night so don't sit near the bar if the noise bothers you.
Review Source:Good place to eat out with family or friends. Hit or miss servers..I usually get their Santa Fe Chicken Wraps or crispy chicken strips. Their iced tea is alright...but try the molten chocolate cake. So good. Memory strikes me here on my birthday last year..happy hour with Maria ..Michelle..and Carla. still want to get back at them -__-
Review Source:What can I say? It's Chili's.
I guess one can take this as a good thing OR a bad thing, but in this case...it's good. This is basically my boyfriend and I's go to place, usually when we want lunch. We have tried more than half of the menu and are usually satisfied. However, it's a chain so food can taste different from location to location.
The service at this location is a hit or miss. Sometimes we've had good service and other times, bad service. However, the managers are always nice, especially the older lady. It isn't a specific time of the day, their staff always seems to be on a continuous loop.
This is the place to grab a quick bite if you're hungry. The prices aren't that bad and if you sign up for their member's club, you get numerous discounts for your stomach's pleasures!
(:
Your typical Chili's Bar & Grill. Had a humorous beer moment here where I half & half over what beer I wanted to order: Fat Tire or Hangar 24. I semi finally decided on a Fat Tire, sort of wishing I had actually ordered the Hangar 24. Low and behold they brought me a Hangar 24, complete with orange slice. Heaven, I tell you.
Food and service here were both great. No real complaints.
It's your typical diner chain. Â In regards to the food, you get what you expect. Â I must say, they added a couple of new items on the menu (grilled shrimp tacos) and overall they are great! Â However, the service can be a hit and miss. Â My buddy and I went to sit at one the high tables in the bar area and ended up waiting about 10 minutes before anyone even took our drink order. Â We ordered a simple appetizer (chips and salsa) and that even took awhile. Â In fact, it came out 5 minutes before our food did (I hate that). Â Usually you receive better service when you dine away from the bar area.
Review Source:Place blows.
I'd comment on the quality of their food but I never got mine! Upon meeting some friends there at the bar the waitress never even offered us a menu! After that she disappeared for pretty much the entire time we were there. My gf and I were so angry we didn't even want anything from there so we waited for our friends to finish their dinner and then we went to Denny's. The waitress was unbelievably rude and unattentive and even though she made eye contact with us several times she never asked if we needed anything. Unbelievably shitty service. Never going there again.
Chili's is the average diner chain, they mix and match things up trying to be creative, but for the most part its to give you less for the same price instead of raising prices. All and all its not bad. The service here has been hot and cold so you don't know what to expect when you sit down.
Review Source:Our local Chili's on Alessandro in Riverside CA. is tasty and delicious ; ) Â They have the nicest servers and coldest beer in town... The last time we were there was especially fun- just my son, my wife and I enjoying a rare night out. Â We were served a tasty free appetizer that we brought a coupon for and were well taken care of by our wait staff. Â Thank you Chili's for all the great food and service!!
Review Source:During those lazy days or nights when neither of us want to cook, but still gotta eat, the hubby and I go to this Chili's. We've probably been to this location around 4 times.
As with any other Chili's.. their menu has a pretty good variety. We have always found this location clean, which is understandable since it is fairly new.
We usually order burgers and chicken strips, a bit difficult to mess up. With that being said, the food has been satisfactory. With 1 exception....
THE MOLTEN CHOCOLATE CAKE (my reason for the 4th star)
This dessert is sooo good, I'm not even a chocolate lover! Super moist chocolate cake with a gooey center, topped with vanilla ice cream under a hard chocolate shell. And the whole thing sits on a bit of caramel sauce.
Why do we go back?
1.) It is the "not so bad" of the 3 sit down restaurants nearest our home.
2.) Staff has always been attentive and courteous. The $20 Dinner for Two also helps. =D (1 Appetizer + 2 Entrees for $20)
3.) And of course... dessert.
Okay Chili is just okay, its a chain.
The menu can be somewhat lacking because they try to make things more unique by adding weird combinations to them.
Its decent.
I think you can get better food somewhere else.
The service is okay depending on the time of day.
The bar area can get so nosy though during game time its hard to get service or talk to your friends or whoever you came with.
Order from here often (only cause I work by there), but this restaurant has the worst service!! No one ever welcomes you or even acknowledges you. Don't even think about ordering online they will forget about it until you walk in and your order will be wrong. What happened to customer service??
