Christie's Cabaret

Lazy dancers with bad attitudes.  No fun here...

THE UP-SIDE:  Technically speaking, this place "is" a strip club.  If you have no expectations whatsoever on being treated nicely in exchange for all the money you will spend here, then you might like Christie's.

THE DOWN-SIDE:  Of course, this being a strip club, you are forced to spend tons of cash on a cover charge, drinks for the strippers, tips and dances.  This isn't that big of a deal if the strippers are PLEASANT.  

The girls in this club are the most god-awful, miserable bunch of miscreants that I have ever come across in a strip club.  The dance floor sits vacant between songs until one of the dancers finally decides to get up to dance.  There is no announcer to rotate the girls and call them to stage.  There's no organization whatsoever.  It's a shoddy mess.

And the girls...  Of the ten girls we saw there, only one went through any trouble to talk to us in a nice manner - and we were the only guys there tipping and buying them drinks.  It was awful.

As an example, we had gone up to support one dancer with tips, while nobody else would.  After dancing one dance, she stopped midway through the second song.  She thrust her leg out at us, lifted her garter for us to insert additional tips, and then said, "I'm tired."  No smile, no thanks, no nothing.  She just took our additional tips and got up to leave.  As the song continued to play, she just walked off stage.

And, god forbid you go here looking for cute girls that are in shape.  I'm no male super model, but then, I don't get paid to look sexy.  The women here are out of shape and just not sexy.  Add to that the fact that one of them was under house arrest and wearing one of those police anklet things, and you have the makings of a sad, sad comedy.

THE SUM-IT-UP:  Do NOT visit this horrid mess of a strip club.  The girls are incredibly rude, out of shape, lazy, and full of themselves.  You will leave here feeling absolutely robbed - having gotten nothing at all for your money.
