First the place was neat and clean. Walls appear to have fresh paint, cute updated pendant lights, booths and table in good repair. Food was served on genuine Fiesta. For this area of the country it's a better than average interior.
Second no booze??? Wings and pizza and no beer?? OK, whatever.
We tried the hot-n-saucy, Cajun, and garlic. The Hot was a very typical hot, nothing special, nothing to complain about. The Cajun was a dry spice. Salty, a bit spicy, I liked it. The garlic was an oil and garlic sauce, similar to the dipping sauce which comes with Papa John's pizza. OK, but would have benefited from some additional seasoning. Erik Jr really liked the garlic. The preferred method for adults at the table was to take the Cajun and run them through the garlic sauce. The wings themselves were medium large and very meaty. Could have benefited from another 60 seconds in the fryer as the meat was not quite ready to easily release from the bone. $9.00 a dozen with extra charges for celery and salad dressing.
In this area of the country $9.00 a dozen is not a bargain. The addition of a beer and wine license and a few more sauce options would make the price and experience more compatible.
