Cindy's Cafe

What a great find! We had an amazing breakfast on a Saturday morning. The potatoes were freshly grated for hash browns, the corned beef hash was homemade, the eggs were perfect, nothing was oversalted or greasy. Best of all, the food arrived still steaming hot from the grill. The coffee was fresh and plentiful, the wait staff was friendly and the owner came out to suggest some places to visit that day. If it weren't a 2 hour drive from my home, I'd make this my regular Saturday morning place. Don't pass it by!!!

We had a terrific breakfast here a while back.  It is a simple little cafe in a small Wisconsin town.  The service was great, attentive and friendly.  The food was good and delicious.  Places like this make small towns like this a more welcome place.  
By contrast you would think the Inn and restaurant just across the street would be as good or better as this is a newer and larger establishment.  But no.   The food at the Inn has always been a disappointment.  I will be writing my review for them next.
I noticed that Cindy's has a for sale sign in the window now.  I am sorry to see this.   Maybe the business will increase because of our review or perhaps the new owner will continue it's goodness and become the next best secret of Iron Ridge.
