  The staff was attentive and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about their extensive wine list as well and suggested a perfect selection. The grilled shrimp was a great appetizer. I had the seafood fettuccine which was delicious. My friend had the lamb special and was not pleased. The cut that they sent out was basically just a bone and fat with a sliver of meat. He request a new piece which they kindly served had a liitle more meat but was not at all filing. In addition the pasta that came with the lamb was under cooked. The replaced it but it was still under cooked. We didnt have time to send it back so he ate what he could. Thankfully he had the Cioppino soup earlier which was not as flavorful as Cioppino that we have eaten before but it was filing. I would go here again but I would be sure to make different food choices.

  Great place to stop on hot day for wine, cheese, fennel dry salami and trout spread - got a picnic for Shakespeare tonight too!  What a find

  Being Japanese from Japan (now Idaho resident), I am pretty picky about seafood (and the texture of the pasta as well :). I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of their seafood of this place even if we were in this mountain town, Ketchum, ID. Their pasta is homemade and quite nice as well. The atmosphere from outside might seem to be formal, but actually it is pretty casual and nice. I can see all the detailed attention to the food the waiters and chefs are paying. Plus, the damage to your wallet has been pretty reasonable, considering being Sun Valley area. It became our "must return" place to eat lately.

  Ciro is my kind of place...
  Casual ambiance, attentive and friendly service, and fresh, delicious food.  I went to Ciro for dinner with friends upon arriving to Sun Valley on this past Thursday night.  
  
  We were quite the boring group... we all had salads.  My friends went with the chicken salad and I went with salmon on mine.  It was perfect.
  
  If I'm ever back in the area, I'd return to Ciro in a heartbeat!

  The dinner here was quite good and was very accommodating of larger groups.  The dinner options are mostly pizza and pasta with just a few meat entrees.  Everything was quite good, especially the grilled artichoke appetizer, but nothing particularly stellar.
