City Seafood

Seafood tasty and staff nice. I went back for hot dogs and beers next day. Good venue to laugh at those dumb noisy air boats loaded up with poor tourists.

The food was good.  However the service was surly and unfriendly.  Apparently we dropped a small container of dressing after they loaded us down with water bottles and food at the cash register, which is where you both place your order and carry away drinks, salads, salad dressing and other items. They were very unpleasant about it when we went back looking for the dressing.  I later went back to order a piece of Key Lime pie, which they advertise as a specialty of the house.  After again waiting through the very slow order / pickup / payment line, I was told they didn't have any more.  It was 1 pm on a Wednesday afternoon.  Had the food not been ok, I would have given them a one.

Super laid back place in the middle of Everglades City.  You wait in line to order your food and then you pick it up at the window once your number is called. Best Stone Crabs! The Key Lime Pie was a bit too tart for my taste, but The Fiance LOVED it. Great atmosphere for a lazy Sunday afternoon.
